Would you like to help send donated medicines around the world to those who do not have access to live-saving medicines? IHP is recruiting a Logistics Officer to become part of our growing logistics team who coordinate the safe and responsible donation of medical products to where the needs are greatest, so that people don’t suffer needlessly from treatable illnesses.
As a Logistics Officer you will play an integral role in IHP’s work arranging the shipping of donated medicines and medical supplies, for example our essential health packs and antibiotics, ensuring their secure transportation to diaster hit and vulnerable communities such as Sudan and Gaza.
Your responsibilites will include:
- Securing cost effective shipping quotes from some of the largest freightforwarders in the UK
- Preparing shipping documentation
- Ensuring shipping files are accurate and kept up to date

We have an exciting opportunity for a Supporter Relations Officer to join our team, based at one of our 21 rehoming centres.
The role of the Supporter Relations Officer (SRO) is to promote the work of Dogs Trust to key audience groups in their catchment area and to support them accordingly. They provide a vital link to the community, stewarding supporters wherever they may be on their Dogs Trust journey. This is done by handling local supporter legacy and Canine Care Card enquiries, as well as in memory donations.
The SRO spends time in the community, visiting local businesses and people, as well as organising community talks to relevant audience groups. They organise supporter events and tours at the rehoming centres throughout the year and are also part of the team organising and attending events with the Dogs Trust Village.
As the role is primarily customer-facing, the SRO is based at the rehoming centre. However, they spend a portion of their time in local communities. This role also involves frequent travel, both locally and across the UK, including some overnight stays, as well as weekend and evening work. A full UK manual driving licence is essential.
The successful candidate will have experience in a public facing role and a passion and commitment to the work and aims of Dogs Trust. They will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and the ability to develop and prioritise their own workload, working well under pressure and to deadlines.

3.Collaboration:

About the role:
The Community Engagement Coordinator (CEC) will be responsible for increasing the reach of local palliative care and bereavement support services to all demographics of the local population. The CEC will build connections and trust with the local population such as faith communities, communities of interest, communities of place as well as organisations and groups that support individuals who experience multiple disadvantages and/or inequality, for example, people who are homeless, refugees or from LGBTQIA communities. The CEC will identify the needs of local people and barriers to them accessing palliative and end of life care and increase the diversity of community participation in Sue Ryder to help shape services that better meet individuals’ needs. The CEC will be embedded within the local community to bring the voice of those people into Sue Ryder and to help connect service users with people and organisations that can provide them with the right support in ways that meets their needs.
The Community Engagement Coordinator will work as part of the Wellbeing and Community Support Service, which is responsible for helping us to provide more of the support that people need, in more accessible ways, to more communities. The CEC will do this by:
- Engaging communities through a variety of community engagement, involvement, and empowerment techniques.
- Raising awareness of Sue Ryder and the services offered by Sue Ryder in the local population so they can make informed choices.
- Working collaboratively with local faith and community leaders, local organisations and other local groups and individuals to help shape palliative care and bereavement support services to better support the diverse needs of service users and those close to them.
About you:
To be successful in your application for the post of Community Engagement Coordinator, you must be able to demonstrate an ability to engage with diverse communities and have an understanding of health inequalities and barriers to people accessing health and social care. You must also have the ability to proactively promote equity, diversity and inclusion. Knowledge of the local area, including community and faith groups and local services and resources, would be advantageous.
You must be a car driver with access to a vehicle for work.
Additionally, you should be able to demonstrate:

About the role:
The Finance Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of effective transaction processing within MAG’S Corporate Finance Department. The role holder will efficiently manage the finance inbox and phone, responding to queries promptly, and escalating issues to the Corporate Finance Manager when necessary. In addition, you will manage the purchase and sales ledger, including registering and posting supplier invoices, maintaining supplier and donor details, raising sales and donor invoices, and ensuring accurate allocation and reconciliation of transactions. Preparing supplier payments, including international payments and BACS payment runs, and liaising with the bank on issues such as recalled payments and compliance investigations are integral parts of this role. About you:
The ideal candidate will have proven administration experience and the ability to prioritize work to meet tight deadlines, approaching tasks methodically and thoroughly, remaining calm under pressure and collaborating enthusiastically as part of a team. About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Advocate to join our team covering Lincolnshire. Your role will require you to travel to locations such as hospitals and care homes across the area to meet with clients and professionals and be home based for administration; therefore, access to your own transportation and a suitable home internet connection is essential.
This is a full-time role for 35 hours per week, applicants who do not hold an Independent Advocacy qualification will start on £22,500 per annum pro-rata.

Invisible Palace is currently looking for a Youth Support Worker to join an established circus project that works with local a primary school and youth partners in the Bromley and Lewisham areas of London.
