Job description

SUPPORT PLANNER, ON TRACK NORTH KESTEVEN, SLEAFORD, LINCOLNSHIRE, PERMANENT, FRWK06 £18,476 - £20,531, 37 HPW

We are looking for candidates who can communicate with people in a friendly and welcoming manner. You will need to be reliable and enthusiastic with an expectation you will be dealing with people in a busy, often challenging service environment. You will have experience of working with vulnerable people, including some knowledge of people affected by substance misuse, history of offending, family and domestic abuse issues, and people with mental health support needs.

The aim of these roles is:

· To ensure that service users and the building are safe and secure through regular checks and monitoring

· To build the skills, confidence and aspirations of service users through empowerment and positive contact with them.

· To enable people to move on and resettle from the service in a timely and appropriate way

· To contribute to the aims of the service

· To work in partnership with other agencies to maximise service delivery
