We’re looking for a Services Manager to lead OTB Choices into its next exciting chapter, who will:

· Lead and inspire – building a positive, accountable team culture

· Drive quality and performance – ensuring target achievement and excellent experiences and outcomes for our Members

· Keep Members at the heart of decision making – so that their voices, needs and aspirations shape our services

· Steer our multi-site operations – combining strong operational management with a focus on targets and outcomes.
