As Digital Fundraising Executive, you will manage specific digital campaigns to drive supporter acquisition, engagement, retention, and income. You will play an important role in ensuring we provide the best possible experiences for supporters online, and that the online content and journeys are as good as they can be.
Managing specific digital fundraising projects, working with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure requirements are met, projects are delivered on time and on budget, and targets are achieved.
- Project Management: Oversee digital fundraising projects, ensuring they meet requirements, stay within budget, and hit targets.
- Digital Integration: Enhance offline campaigns with digital content and messaging in collaboration with fundraising teams.
- Email Campaigns: Manage the full cycle of email campaigns, from planning to analysis and feedback.
- Supporter Onboarding: Create welcoming experiences for new sign-ups to foster loyalty.
- Strategic Development: Work with the Digital Manager to grow international fundraising through various digital channels.
- Performance Monitoring: Keep track of fundraising activities, update plans, and implement optimisations as needed.
- Testing and Optimisation: Assist in A/B and multivariate testing to improve digital fundraising efforts.
- Global Efficiency: Ensure campaign activities are efficient and optimised internationally.
- Collaborative Projects: Support the Digital Managers and Head of Digital Fundraising with additional projects.
As the Digital Fundraising Executive, you will be responsible for managing projects to maximise income, plus supporter recruitment, engagement, and retention, through digital channels. Their work will include email, search, display and paid social campaigns across one or more countries where Sightsavers fundraises. Working with colleagues across fundraising and beyond to ensure digital support for the relevant campaigns is effective and optimised.
Required Skills
Essential:
• Proven experience in managing digital fundraising projects with timely delivery, adherence to briefs and budgets, and effective results reporting.
• Knowledge and experience in key digital marketing or fundraising disciplines, including CMS, email platforms, social media, search and display advertising, and GA4.
• Excellent writing skills with a background in fundraising copywriting.
• Competence in data analysis, reporting setup, and tracking progress against KPIs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Project management skills involving coordination with multiple teams and external agencies to achieve organisational goals.
Desirable:
• Experience in international fundraising.
• Understanding of various individual-giving fundraising disciplines, such as mailings, inserts, and TV advertising.
• Experience in orchestrating virtual mass participation events.
• Strong editing and proofreading abilities.

About the role
A key member of WVUK’s Humanitarian & International Programmes (HIP) management team, you’ll lead the unit that’s responsible for acquiring around £35m of institutional donor funding (grants & contracts) each year, as well as corporate and philanthropic proposal development on behalf of the Strategic Partnership Directorate. Defining and ensuring a consistent approach to delivering quality and timely submissions that are coordinated and informed with input from all relevant stakeholders will be important too, as will ensuring the available capacity and capability of a team to lead submission development. Line managing and developing unit members, providing strong proactive support to other HIP unit managers and playing your part in developing and delivering HIP team plans – all are aspects of this high-profile role.
About you
To succeed, you’ll need proven experience of developing and maintaining relations with institutional donors, analysing their funding requirements and shifting worldviews (particularly DFID/FCDO, EU/ECHO), and working with, managing, and developing relationships with consortium partners. You’ll also need field experience of working in different cultures and religious contexts. Proactive and creative in improving existing processes and developing new ones to improve efficiency and effectiveness, you’re adept at knowledge management within a demanding team environment and used to line managing and training, mentoring or capacity building a team.
You’re an excellent project manager too - someone who’s comfortable working on complex multiple tasks and prioritising to meet deadlines. Expertise in a specific technical area - e.g., child protection, health, nutrition, livelihoods, social accountability, resilience or economic development, would also be useful, as would working knowledge of a second language. More important however, is a general awareness of Christian teaching to appreciate the Christian ethos of WVUK and live their values. As the Bid Manager in the Bid Management Team, you will support the development of winning proposals to deliver strong growth in our restricted funding pipeline.
In this role, you will work with key stakeholders, including staff in Country Programmes, Finance Teams, Regional Funding Managers and external partners to develop high-quality bids for opportunities with institutional and non-institutional donors that act like institutions. This includes bilateral and multilateral donors (e.g. FCDO, GAC, USAID, EU, World Bank), as well as some work with trusts and foundations.

- Support the project design process
- Work with country finance teams to build and review project budgets that reflect the technical design
- Negotiate WaterAid's scope of work and budget with external partners
- Facilitate After Action Reviews to ensure lessons are captured
- Design and deliver training to strengthen capacity of colleagues in Country Programmes and regional teams in proposal development
About You:
- Experience developing winning proposals to a range of institutional and non-institutional funders, ideally for development projects in low-income countries

This position works closely with the members of the Learning and Development Team, as well as working in a support role with members of the Programmes Team to deliver quality learning and development programming. The Learning and Development Coordinator also works in partnership with external partners, including members of RedR’s Associate Trainer network, as well as other RedR organisations, partners and clients.

ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Learning and Development Coordinator is an essential role within the Learning and Development Team and the Programmes Team more generally. The staff will closely work and coordinate with other members of the L&D Team as well as Programme Managers, Coordinators and Officers, Associate Trainers and Consultants, etc. The L&D Coordinator designs and adapts RedR UK training materials as well as providing technical L&D support and quality assurance to the broader Programmes Team. JOB DESCRIPTION
Main Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Ensure that the quality of our L&D services and material is maintained, improved and expanded:
- Contribute to guiding, standardising and quality assuring the conversion of learning/training material, content and courses or course modules to e-learning
- Contribute to updating, maintaining and expanding RedR UK L&D and training material and resources, store & categorise them, and make them accessible
- Contribute to the update and maintenance of RedR UK’s e-learning and open-source learning platforms
- Provide quality assurance of project outputs or deliverables and assist in drafting high quality reports
- Contribute to the development or updating of RedR UK’s L&D and eLearning strategies
Support the delivery of RedR UK's demand-led services to a consistently high standard:
- Provide an end-to-end service - designing, supporting, quality assuring and evaluating the delivery of learning interventions, including developing new training and capacity development services (F2F, online facilitated and eLearning), particularly in connection with RedR UK’s self-paced eLearning offerings
- Coordinate with the L&D team on planning and scheduling of L&D activities and liaise with colleagues across RedR UK to ensure uniform high quality of services
- Where appropriate, design and/or deliver learning/training services directly to the participants
- Where appropriate and agreed by line manager, lead the execution of selected projects, especially L&D projects
- Assist in ensuring that necessary monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning (MEAL) data is gathered and analysed on all activities
Support Network of Associate Trainers (ATs) and L&D Consultants to effectively deliver RedR UK's services:
- Support the capacity building of ATs in L&D and technical Quality Assurance related matters, including introduction to RedR UK training methodologies, innovative training techniques, new training tools, etc.
- Contribute to the recruitment, assessment and onboarding of prospective new Associate Trainers (ATs) into the trainer pool and/or on specific projects as required
- Coordinate the work, performance, and planning of Associate Trainers when working under the L&D Unit. Quality-assure their work when working under Programmes Hubs
Ensure that RedR UK services meet the needs of the sector and work to expand our reach:
- Keep up to date with developments in learning with a focus on eLearning technologies and platforms, as well as other training methodologies and issues in the humanitarian sector and advise RedR UK programme teams accordingly
- Contribute to identifying and exploring possibilities for expanding the range of services offered by the organisation and source funding for their implementation
- Support business development efforts and proposal preparation by ensuring that the L&D component of the methodology is appropriate, services offered are in line with requirements, likely to achieve high impact and adding overall value to the programme
- Represent RedR UK at selected external events and forums, as appropriate
- Be the Key Account Manager (KAM) for selected Key Accounts (clients and partners) in line with RedR UK’s KAM System

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
Essential
- Experience in design of self-paced and blended eLearning programmes, including experience with Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline, Vyond and other animation/design platforms including a strong understanding of accessibility requirements
- Experience managing Learning Management Systems, especially Moodle
- Experience and understanding of learning and development approaches, adult learning (andragogy) and participatory learning methodologies, including designing and conducting LNAs, designing, delivering and evaluating face-to-face and online facilitated events and revising/adapting training material
- Experience assessing learning, familiarity with the Kirkpatrick Model, and experience tracking, evaluating and reporting on learning data
- Excellent people skills and experience in the coordination of consultants, including effective cross-cultural communication and strong inter-personal skills
- Ability to influence, build and maintain networks and relationships, both externally and internally to achieve good results, representing RedR UK at a senior level to a high standard

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Finance and Support Services Manager (FSSM) to join our team in Cameroon. The post-holder will oversee the management of Sightsavers Finance and Administration in the Cameroon Country Office. Reporting to the Country Director they are responsible for monitoring the country resource management and identifying risks or issues.
Key accountabilities but not limited to:
- Excellent financial management and risk mitigation through compliance with local regulations and adherence to the organisational Financial Framework
- Implementing financial management and controls; financial planning and budgeting; financial monitoring and audits
- Monitoring and retaining accurate financial records
- Leading support services for the country office through management of logistics and procurement of supplies
- Delivering/overseeing administrative functions, payroll; ensuring IT equipment functions effectively. All in line with organisational policies and procedures
- Working collaboratively with programme and finance teams to support and strengthen the financial management, accountability and capacity building of partners
- Supporting finance and programme teams with joint review of programme/project reports, planning and analysis

Essential skills and experience:
- Relevant professional accounting qualification or tertiary degree in Finance and Accounting (for example CPA/ ACCA/ MBA)
- Extensive workpro experience ideally gained within international development in a similar role. Experience of audit and government organisations also advantageous
- Proven work experience in financial management, programme/ project management and administration
- Strong project financial management, budget and data analysis
- Strong experience in grant management (for example EC, FCDO, Irish Aid or USAID)

About You:

- Deploy to areas affected by disaster in a supply chain capacity to set up and oversee the timely delivery of aid items and assistance
- On a roster, provide an out-of-hours first point of contact for deployed teams and emergencies
- Establish, develop and lead on good supply chain relationships with freight forwarders, stock suppliers, other humanitarian actors, relevant government departments and logistics coordination mechanisms at both global and field levels
- Plan and deliver procurement and inventory audits as required
- Be involved with programme preparedness in a supply chain capacity
- Work with the International Programmes department to set up partnerships with other organisations
- Support ShelterBox to stay aware of trends, innovations, and best practice in global supply within the disaster relief sector; participate in logistics networks e.g., Global Logistics Cluster
- Contribute to driving forward changes to meet our sustainable supply chain targets e.g., significant reduction in carbon emissions
- Support with supply chain risk management
- Give regular briefings internally, and occasionally externally
- Promote and apply supply chain best practice within International Programmes
- Support with developing and delivering logistics training internally and externally
- Support departmental and organisational working groups and projects when required
- Support the Philippines country office with supply chain planning and implementation
- Maintain excellent information management of logistics systems including updating records to ensure accurate record keeping and accountability of aid assets
- Promote and demonstrate humanitarian principles in all activities
- Ensure adherence to ShelterBox procedures and policies including those relating to safeguarding, safety and security
- Any other duties as required which are deemed appropriate to the level and grade of the post.

Location: The role will be based in the UK or one of the following countries where WaterAid works: Sweden, South Africa, Kenya, Pakistan or Nigeria, subject to right-to-work eligibility in the respective countries.

About the Team:
The WaterAid IT team is customer-facing with a remit for front-line service operations, cyber security, technology change and project delivery, in addition to the development and support of IT infrastructure and application services running across our global organisation. The team also has direct responsibility for 250+ staff working in the UK and provides services and support for WaterAid staff across 20+ countries.
About the Role:
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities whilst creating a sense of teamwork by pulling together colleagues with differing skillsets and expertise.
- Implement processes for tracking procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement of all IT assets including hardware, software, and licenses. This will require collaboration with our managed service provider.
- Act as the ITSM tool global administrator, assisting country program offices with maintenance, support, access, development of processes & training.
- Develop, update, and enforce IT policies and procedures in alignment with industry standards and organisational goals.
- Manage the IT departments hub on the internal intranet platform, ensuring that it provides up-to-date information, news, and resources to employees.
- Oversee the transition of completed IT projects from the internal IT operations team, with potential collaboration from 3rd parties to the MSP service delivery team.
- Collaborate with the finance department to code, integrate, and maintain IT-related financial transactions in the organisation's financial systems ensuring accurate allocation of costs, budgets, and expenses related to IT operations.
- Provide oversight and leadership to the Global IT Operations team to ensure a high-quality service is delivered that meets the needs of the stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain a centralised knowledge base repository containing technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, best practices, and user manuals.
- Ensure that IT policies are communicated effectively to all relevant stakeholders and are consistently followed.
- Evaluate and implement automation tools and technologies to streamline repetitive tasks, improve efficiency, and reduce human error.
- Develop technical relationships with key suppliers and business partners.
- Ensure that project handover agreements are clearly defined, detailing responsibilities, documentation, support processes, and timelines.
- Develop and manage the IT operations budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
- Organise the establishment and configuring of training resources for global IT staff as required.
About You:
- Proven experience in IT Service Management.
- Effective leadership and team management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of ITIL framework and practices to ensure effective IT operations.
- Experience of working in technical teams delivering complex solutions.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills and experience of liaising with senior stakeholders to deliver activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements.
- Project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex technical information clearly to various stakeholders.
- Be able to demonstrate evidence of delivering successful target operating model improvements.
- Adept at using relevant software tools and platforms for asset management, knowledge base management, project management, and more.
Desirable skills
