The Integrations & Imports Team manage a wide range of data sources which feed into our CRM (currently The Raiser’s Edge). We also help to ensure data quality pre- and post-import as well as resolving causes of errors.
About the Role
The Integrations & Imports Team handles large volumes of incoming supporter data which is vital for our fundraising, campaigning, and volunteering activities. Due to internal opportunities, we are seeking a fixed term Senior Imports Officer to work in a very varied role to:
- Help the Team ensure seamless and timely delivery of high-quality data
- Spot and fix data problems
- Help check and clean data
- Maintain existing and develop new imports as required
- Work with and support colleagues within the Team and in other stakeholder teams across Crisis
About You

Main duties and responsibilities:
IT
· Ensure all staff have IT equipment from their first day of work, ensuring that they are able to access the IT support they need with minimal interruption to daily tasks.
· Keep a record of all IT equipment, key information and renewals due.
· Be the first point of contact for IT provider, leading on Cyber essentials & annual IT audit.
· Lead on the implementation of strategic IT goals.
· Support the Continuous Improvement Officer to find new ways of working and ensure we stay up to date with emerging IT trends.
Data
· Maintain organisational databases, ensuring all data is accurate, meaningful, and compliant with the requirements of current and potential funders, as well as Upbeat’s policies and procedures for data.
· Liaise with Data consultants to manage workflow of data requests.
· Present data in a useful manner for stakeholders.
· Play a key role in the organisation around GDPR and Data Protection.
· Be responsible for the confidential maintenance of service user records and other relevant documents in line with Data Protection legislation (e.g. data protection impact assessments).
Facilities
· Support with office management processes (ordering stationery and equipment).
· Support in the efficient use of premises (organise key holder rota, complete regular checklists).

Administration

The Guy’s and St. Thomas’ Foundation (GSTF) is undergoing an exciting change and building its own Fundraising function and so are growing its Systems team. This will first support that change but also continue to seek ways to improve how technologies and systems can help the Foundation achieve its goals.
We are excited to be expanding our in-house IT team by recruiting Senior Technical Engineer. We are in the process of bringing our IT helpdesk service in-house, to do so we need a motivated, experienced, patient and friendly third line engineer to join our newly formed team.
We are looking for a solid technical skillset, primarily with Microsoft365 PaaS and IaaS assets, but also someone who can take technical leadership for networking and other services and hosted applications across the organisation.
You will need to be an enthusiastic team-player, who is happy to work on reactive support issues as the need arises, can interact positively and constructively with IT colleagues, leadership and normal users, and serve as a proactive and engaged member of the IT team. The function is in a process of expansion & development, and you will need to demonstrate the benefits of internal, dedicated IT staff within a growing organisation
In return you will have technical and structural ownership of your work in alignment with the IT Manager, and an opportunity to deliver meaningful and impactful outcomes, both within the IT department and as part of the wider organisational goals of health improvements across society.
Key Responsibilities
- The Senior Technical Engineer will be the final escalation stage for support, so will have a pragmatic and level headed approach to problem and change management, to work closely with other support staff and the IT Manager to provide a good quality support service for end users.
- Comfortable completing technical work if needed, as well as having more complex issues escalated to you from junior colleagues in the team, or offering guidance where possible. You’ll be able to authorise change requests in place of the IT manager, and escalate to them if necessary.
- The post-holder, our Support technicians and IT Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day requirements of the foundation and it’s subsidiaries. Including, set up and management of the IT equipment as required. The role is a permanent hybrid role, 30% of your time will be based in our London, Southwark office.
- You will support the Senior IT Technician and IT manager to embed the IT procedures, offering training and guidance to employees as required. You will be the final escalation point and provide advanced technical support, as well as taking on system support. You’ll work closely with the IT Manager to work on implementing new solutions and take ownership of the technical aspects of project work
- The Senior Technical Engineer will also take a hand in some supplier relationship building/ management if necessary in order to support the smooth flow of work between systems we utilise here at the Foundation.
Skills and Experience
- Experience working as a Senior / 3rd Line Engineer on Microsoft Technologies in a similar scale environment
- Able to work autonomously and exercise good judgement to resolve complex technical changes, issues or contribute towards project decisions.
- Responsible for responding and resolving tasks relating to all levels of IT queries and acting as an escalation route for the IT team for more complex and project related tasks.
- Act as a technical reference point, identify opportunities for improvement, propose new technology or working practices to improve the operation of the Technology team and wider company.
- Work closely with IT manager for the benefit of the tech environment.
- Ensure that reactive and pre-emptive IT support actions are carried out competently, professionally and in a timely manner following the direction of the IT Manager.

Job Purpose:-
We are looking to appoint a Finance Officer to join our growing team. Reporting to the Head of Finance this new role will ensure that appropriate financial processes and systems are followed and developed to support our charity’s sustainable growth and safeguard our financial health.
The Finance Officer will ensure that financial tasks and transactions are undertaken in an efficient, effective and timely manner and, importantly, that relevant financial information is provided to keep the Head of Finance updated and informed, supporting the Leadership Team to make the best decisions for the charity.
We are looking for a confident and experienced individual to join our supportive team. Previous charity finance knowledge is helpful but not essential, above all we want an individual to be tenacious, curious, diligent and show strong initiative.
Who are you?
You should be accomplished in Sage 50 Accounts and have considerable experience working in a finance function and in financial administration.
Some experience of working with Salesforce or an equivalent CRM database and an accountancy qualification or studying towards a professional qualification ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CIPFA) or AAT qualified. Experience of working in the Voluntary Sector, paid or unpaid would be great.
You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills (a natural ability to clearly communicate financial information to those with a non-finance background). You need to have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and experience in database and payroll systems.
It would be amazing for you to have high level of attention to detail and methodical working, be a self-starter and be able to use initiative.

As a Youth Tech Abuse Lead you will provide specialist support to Refuge’s children support workers and frontline staff to ensure children, young people, and protective parents are using technology safely and positively in our refuges. You will increase understanding and awareness of your colleagues on tech-facilitated abuse and how to identify and respond to risks. Approximately 40% of the role focuses on working directly with children and young people and their parents in empowerment workshops, and 60% of the role will focus on capacity building and training frontline staff.
You will work closely Senior Programme Manager – Children and Young People, deputising for them in ensuring the voices of children and young are central to the development of services and Refuge’s systemic change initiatives.
The role does require a particular focus on supporting survivors of tech-facilitated abuse under the age of 18, this would require developing and delivering tech-facilitated abuse and online safety workshops to children, young people, and protective parents in refuges across London.
