Falls Prevention Officer x 2
Care & Repair in Powys is seeking two Falls Prevention Officers to join our small and friendly team.
You will deliver the new Falls Prevention Service, funded by Welsh Government, using your client focussed skills to identify and support older people who are at risk of falls. You will be assessing the home environment for hazards and falls risks, working with the client to support their needs. This may be through recommending minor adaptations or referring on for other services. You will have access to full training to develop the required skills.
Our aim is to enable older people to remain at home in comfort and security.
