Programmes & Peer Hubs Manager
We are looking for a Programmes & Hubs Manager to lead the launch and development of our new regional hubs and our programmes designed to reduce the gap in employability within LGBTQIA+ young adults. This is a pivotal role in bringing to life our operational strategy for 2026–2030.
You will design and deliver a year-round curriculum, grow our digital and in-person communities, and ensure programmes are impactful, inclusive, and sustainable. You’ll also manage volunteers, build partnerships, and act as an ambassador for Blossom in the wider community.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Deliver Strategy: Bring to life Blossom’s new programmes and broader operational strategy for 2026 to 2030 by taking overarching responsibility for programmes across the charity including:
- Hub Launch & Development: Lead the creation of new local hubs in counties outside of Surrey and maintain delivery of existing hub’s.
- Annual Curriculum Design: Use public, service user and secondary research projects and other evidence based processes to develop and implement a full annual curriculum.
- Short-Term “Accelerator” Campaigns: Plan and execute thematic campaigns with the purpose of accelerating access to work.
- Digital Content & Community: Develop and launch online resources on our digital members portal.
- On Site Monitoring: attend hubs and accelerator programme delivery to monitor, seek areas of improvement, and connect with service users & leaders.
- Volunteer & Leadership Management: Recruit, train & support a team of volunteers and “Hub Peer Leaders”.
- Service User Management: Oversee and maintain a central database of service users.
- Monitoring & Evaluation: Track Key Performance Indicators and outcome measures. Collecting and reporting on metrics & generalised feedback.
- Community and Partnership Engagement: Act as the key representative of Blossom. Build and maintain partnerships with a range of different stakeholders.
- Outreach & audience building: Deliver a range of outreach activities and other projects focused on growing the charities audience and reaching new service users.
- Operational and Logistical Oversight: Manage the practical aspects of delivering multiple programmes across in person and digital locations.
- Budget Management & Fundraising: Track expenses and provide budget reports. Generate funds to continue to deliver and scale our work.
- Ensure all activities align with Blossom LGBT’s values and comply with organisational policies (health & safety, equality, GDPR, etc.).
- Continually seek innovation in service delivery: use feedback from youth to experiment with new formats or topics to keep the programme relevant and engaging.
- Organisational Development: Take part and lead cross-organisational projects that better Blossom as a charity.
This role requires a full UK Driving Licence & Access to a car.
The successful candidate will need to pass a Criminal Background Check & referencing.
