MINDSET Charity is a brand-new, UK-wide men's mental wellbeing and personal growth organisation dedicated to tackling the mental health crisis among men aged 16-50 years old. We're building a vital, remote-first brotherhood of support, resources, and mentoring, and we need leaders, not just listeners, to guide our mission.
We are actively seeking our founding TRUSTEES to steer us through the critical start-up phase, securing our Charity Commission registration, setting our strategic direction, and ensuring long-term success that will support thousands of men a year across the UK.
The Challenge (And Your Opportunity):
The rate of male suicide in the UK is a national tragedy. We refuse to accept it. MINDSET isn't just about crisis intervention; it's about proactive growth, community building, and empowering men to lead better lives.
This isn't a passive, once-a-year meeting role. As a founding Trustee, you will be in the engine room, providing the essential structure, compliance, and strategy needed to get this life-changing charity off the ground and fast.
Who We Need to Poke:
We need exceptional individuals with experience in one or more of the following areas:

Financial Management/Accounting: To establish robust, transparent financial controls.

Charity Law & Governance: To ensure full compliance and successful Charity Commission registration.

Digital Strategy & Technology: To build and secure our remote-first community platform and online services.

Fundraising & Income Generation: To establish sustainable revenue streams and major donor relationships.

Clinical/Mental Health Sector Expertise: To ensure our services are safe, ethical, and evidence-based.
