Through programmes in employability, personal development, wellbeing, and life skills, we empower adults to break cycles of disadvantage and step into brighter, more hopeful futures.

We are now seeking a strategic, organised, and mission‑driven Head of Delivery to oversee the successful rollout, coordination, and quality of all our programmes. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who wants to shape a charity’s impact from the ground up.

Your leadership will ensure every participant receives a consistent, empowering, and life‑changing experience.

The Role: Volunteer Head of Delivery

As Head of Delivery, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and operational execution of all Unlock YOUR Potential programmes. You will ensure that each programme is delivered safely, effectively, and with the dignity and care our participants deserve.

You will work closely with the Founder and Programme Managers to build delivery systems, support volunteers, and ensure our services run smoothly as we grow.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the operational delivery of all programmes across employability, personal development, wellbeing, and life skills.

• Build and manage delivery frameworks, processes, and quality standards.

• Support Programme Managers to ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery.

• Oversee volunteer recruitment, onboarding, coordination, and support.

• Monitor participant engagement, outcomes, and feedback.

• Ensure safeguarding, risk management, and compliance are embedded in all delivery activities.

• Coordinate schedules, resources, and delivery logistics.

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accessibility, and participant experience.

• Work closely with the Founder to shape long‑term delivery strategy and growth.
