Leadership Coach and Pathway Lead
We are looking for a Leadership Coach and Pathway Lead to deliver our Disability Leadership Pathway. Through coaching, workshops, peer support and practical opportunities, you will help Disabled people develop ideas, lead projects and create change around issues that matter to them.
You must be a Disabled person to apply for this role.
You will build positive relationships, provide coaching and practical support and work alongside Disabled people to recognise strengths, overcome barriers and turn ideas into action.
We welcome people who have developed their knowledge, understanding and abilities through a range of life experiences.
