The Project Coordinator role is responsible for the smooth running of our projects and programmes. SPANA - The Society for the Protection of Animals Abroad is the global charity for working animals in low-income countries. Since 1923, we have supported the welfare of working animals, including donkeys, horses, camels and elephants, in communities that depend on working animals for water, transport, agriculture and their very survival. Today, we support working animals across 26 countries, through a series of global projects and partnerships.
We are looking for a Global Resources Coordinator to ensure operations within our global resources team run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include providing general administrative support to different teams within Global Resources, manage supply of office resources and equipment, arrange travel, managing relationships with key suppliers, coordinating schedules and meetings and supporting HR administrative duties.
While we classify this role as hybrid, it's worth noting that the vast majority of your work can be done from the comfort of your own home. Key responsibilities

To deliver the local campaigning strategy working with CCFb and other food bank staff, volunteers, visitors and social supermarket members. You will set objectives for the campaign, monitor progress and evaluate impact.
To work with the Organising and Local Mobilisation strategy of CCFb and engage with the training and support on offer, including work with other Campaign Coordinators in the Trussell Trust network

Context of the role.
The successful candidate will be guided by the Communications & Fundraising Officer to communicate the experiences of refugees and asylum seekers and demonstrate the impact of Upbeat Communities to our supporters and followers, as well as to new audiences.
