StreetLink London is a bespoke assessment and response telephone service for people who are rough sleeping in London, supported by volunteers. Building on St Mungo’s extensive experience of supporting people sleeping rough through a range of face-to-face services, this innovative service aims to reduce the incidences of subsequent rough sleeping amongst people who have not slept rough before and increase the speed with which those who have a history of rough sleeping can access support and accommodation.
As an Assessment and Response Worker you will:

Answer phone calls from people experiencing homelessness in London and deliver a high quality of customer service

Triage online referrals from the website and the app, to connect people who are rough sleeping with local outreach teams as quickly as possible.

Carry out comprehensive telephone assessments, identifying immediate options for accommodation and support while confidently responding to emergency situations and safeguarding concerns.

Advocate on behalf of people with relevant statutory and non-statutory services to ensure clients can access the support and accommodation they are entitled to as quickly as possible.

Train, motivate and support volunteers so they can provide a high quality, responsive service to everyone contacting StreetLink London.

We are now looking to recruit a permanent full-time Young Person’s Substance Misuse Worker to join our One80 team.
The One80 team provides early intervention and highly structured treatment for drug and/or alcohol misuse to young people. You will be a big part of a small team where everyone takes a flexible and collaborative approach to work and is committed to improving outcomes for young people up to the age of 21 years, to promote recovery from substance misuse and to secure positive health and wellbeing outcomes.
We are looking for someone who has a relevant professional qualification with a minimum of 1 years’ experience of working with young people with alcohol/drug problems and/or working with young people/children with complex needs. You will be highly organised with excellent communication skills and able to manage your time effectively, working as part of the team to ensure a high-quality service is maintained, whilst applying your knowledge of the range of drug/alcohol related problems and their impact on young people, their families and the community. You will have experience of and the ability to liaise and build links with professionals from a variety of disciplines as well as knowledge of legislation, guidelines and procedures relating to children and young people.
You will be passionate about changing lives and what we do, with a positive and engaging approach to our young people, as situations can sometimes be difficult and challenging so you will need to be non-judgemental, with a sensitive attitude and a good understanding of how to meet complex needs related to substance misuse.
The successful candidate will be able to work Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 09:30 to 17:30, Tuesdays 09:30 to 19:00 and Thursdays 09:30 to 16:00. There is also an element of flexibility around working hours required. It is essential that you have a driving licence with access to a vehicle to transport young people to appointments. A willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check is also a requirement of the post.

Lincolnshire Crisis Service have two houses in the county, one in Boston and another in Lincoln, we provide a range of support for people with mental ill health and both work to a recovery model. We have been operating in the area for a number of years and offer a staffed service to our residents aged 18 and upwards. This role does require you to work varied hours as the service is 24/7 and may include some sleep in shifts, these are paid in addition.

The West London Women’s Service is a specialist gender and trauma informed Assessment Centre for women with complex needs who are at risk of, or have experienced domestic abuse, violence against women and girls (VAWG); and have multiple disadvantages.
We have a great opportunity for someone interested in working as part of an innovate women’s only service in an Assessment and Reconnection role and becoming part of this exciting team achieving positive outcomes to support women in their recovery and move on journey.

Hillside Clubhouse is a co-produced mental health employment support charity working across Camden and Islington. People can access our services via our Clubhouse, where they can share their skills and expertise with others and support the running of the charity. Alternatively, they can receive support out in the community from one of our employment specialists based within primary and secondary care.
The Role:
The role is within our IPS Service and will be based within a Camden NHS secondary care team. As an IPS Employment Specialist, you’ll play an important role in supporting people with lived mental health experience on their recovery journey by supporting them back into paid employment. This is an opportunity to offer ongoing support, to motivate and provide people with hope, while developing the tools and skills required to recover, ultimately transforming their lives.
A variety of skills are needed in this post including but not limited to - a strong ability to develop empathy and rapport with clients; a determined approach to seeking out job opportunities; a person centric-approach to working with people; strong communications skills to motivate clients; strong administrative capabilities and an attention to detail engage with prospective employers via business development and face-to-face meetings, and to be able to challenge some perceptions around mental health.
The postholder will be directly employed by Hillside Clubhouse but work under an Honorary Contract from Camden and Islington Foundation Trust. They will be managed directly by the IPS Operations Manager but work as team member within the clinical team. The role is dynamic and involves being integrated in a clinical team, working within the community, and we operate a flexible working policy where working from home is also permitted up to two days per week.
Overall aim:
To enable people with mental health issues to gain and sustain competitive employment by working within the evidence based Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model.
Primary Duties:
- Manage a caseload of up to twenty clients and work within and apply the 8 principles of IPS in all aspects of role.
- To work with and enable clients to find work using a mix of conventional approaches and employer engagement.
- To generate ongoing referrals from the clinical team and to manage those effectively.
- To engage directly and collaboratively with the clinical team while maintaining the existing multi-disciplinary approach to assisting clients seeking work.
- To report and meet regularly with clinical team service managers and the IPS Operations manager, and to participate in both casework and clinical supervision from IPS Operations and clinical team services managers.

About the role:
Are you an excellent relationship builder who can work with women and a diverse range of delivery partners to ensure that she meets her potential and successfully progresses through and beyond her probation supervision? In your role as a Community Keyworker, you will be working with women involved in the Criminal Justice System; those on Probation in the Community and those women being released from Prison as part of their Post Sentence Supervision; providing some in-reach and ‘Through the Gate’ support. You will be working in a team of Community Keyworkers in your region. Each Keyworker will provide holistic one to one community support to women with a variety of needs.
About You:
To be successful as the Community Key Worker you will need the below experience and skills.
You will need to hold a UK driving licence with access to car that can be used for work purposes. A creative self-starter who will support the service and look for innovative solutions to support clients with complex needs. You are confident professional relationship builder with have good awareness of Safeguarding procedures. Strong Administration skills and understanding of compliant behaviours also, experience of supporting. With good knowledge of the criminal justice system and awareness of other support provisions within the Kent

Transform lives with The Nehemiah Project! We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate person to join our team as a Recovery Practitioner. This is a full-time permanent position, working Monday to Friday with additional monthly on-call duties. In return, you will receive a salary of £30,759 per annum, be enrolled into our staff health and wellbeing plan, and become part of our Nehemiah culture that is supportive, honest and incredibly rewarding.

What we are looking for
- Someone who is skilled in delivering a person-centred and trauma-informed approach to their work
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
- Provable experience of working with men recovering from addiction.
- Experience in facilitating groups that focus on behavioural change, addiction and other recovery-related activities.
- Excellent communication skills and an understanding of Customer Relationship Management systems (such as Salesforce).
What you can expect from us
- A 35 hour working week Mon-Fri, with an additional monthly paid on-call requirement.
