About the Role:

As a Triage & Early Intervention Officer, you will be the first point of contact via telephone, text or email for clients referred to our service. You will conduct comprehensive impact and risk assessments, provide immediate and short-term interventions, and ensure that each client receives tailored support that meets their individual needs.

As a Triage & Early Interventions Officer you will:

• Conduct comprehensive impact & risk assessments for clients.
• Provide tailored responses to clients' needs, including children and young people and those affected by domestic abuse, ensuring they are aware of their rights.
• Manage a caseload of clients requiring immediate & short-term interventions, developing support plans & referring to other agencies as needed.
• Maintain accurate & confidential case management records.
• Work as part of a team & collaborate with statutory & voluntary agencies to address clients' needs.

These roles are based in our Victim Care Unit in Ashford. You will be working shifts Monday to Friday between 8am and 4pm or 12pm and 8pm. Shifts are designated on a rota basis and scheduled well in advance so you can plan ahead. You will be working within a supportive team that is part of a large independent charity which offers the opportunity to develop skills to enhance your ongoing personal development.

About You:

Ideally you will have an understanding of the impact of crime & the criminal justice system. Experience in delivering services within a statutory, voluntary, or multi-agency setting is also beneficial.

About the role:

This role is based in Ashford, Kent and is offered on a hybrid basis, working from home, the office and also requires regular travel travel across Kent and Medway.

About the role:

This role is based at our National Contact Centre in Cardiff. There will be an initial induction period that will run Monday to Friday 9am-5pm for a 4 week period. After successfully completing your induction, you will move to your fixed rota hours.

As a Helpline Adviser you will:

• Able to respond to victims of and those affected by crime by providing emotional support, information and referrals on to Victim Support services and other agencies

About the Role  

As a YWA at Respond, you will provide high-quality, trauma-informed advocacy for young women and girls age 14-25, with complex needs experiencing multiple disadvantages. 

Ensuring their safety and empowering them to rebuild their lives by advocating for young women and girls to be represented and that their choices and needs are kept central in all activities and decisions.

You will conduct risk assessments (DASH) and work closely with agencies. Your role includes supporting young women and girls in building self-protective skills and resilience, such as self-esteem, confidence, and safety planning. You will also design sessions that help identify healthy and unhealthy relationships, working with social services, police, schools, and housing authorities. You will also play a key role in raising awareness and improving support for neurodivergent survivors.

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Transformation Project Lead to join our Events and courses team. This position is based in the Finance and Commercial directorate and you will report to the Director of Events and Exhibition Sales. This is a unique opportunity to lead meaningful change across a large and complex educational portfolio that is developed to support our mission of improving girls and women’s health globally.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of a scalable and financially sustainable course delivery model, including international franchising options
• Improve operational processes, resource planning and delegate experience across the events and courses offer
• Refresh and modernise governance and volunteer engagement structures
• Embed cross departmental collaboration, innovation and evidence based planning in course design and delivery.

We are looking for warm, caring Relief Support Workers to provide person centred support to adults with learning disabilities and autism spectrum conditions in the Levenshulme area. Your role will include:

• Providing personal care, practical and emotional support to adults with learning disabilities
• Maximising service user outcomes by promoting independence and social inclusion
• Encouraging service users to be involved in decisions regarding their care and lives
• Collaborate with service users, their families and involved professionals to provide a consistent and coordinated service.
