The Service Desk Analyst is a key role within the Technology function, acting as the first and second line of support for end users across the organisation. The role is focused on delivering a high quality, customer centric support service aligned to ITIL best practice, ensuring incidents and service requests are resolved efficiently, within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and with minimal disruption to business services.
The post holder will play an active part in incident, request, problem and change enablement processes, working collaboratively with internal teams and third party suppliers to restore service quickly, prevent recurrence of issues, and continually improve the end user experience.
The IT Department now executes a mixture of Azure Cloud and 3rd party outsourced IT services, in an entirely new and modern IT infrastructure that utilises the latest technologies. The IT function serves 900 staff in the National Church Institution co-located bodies and aims to adopt common solutions across the NCIs where practical. IT provides a broad range of customer focused IT services such as technical architecture and support, networks, change management, business analysis, project management, Training, Procurement, systems administration and applications hosting.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-minded IT Support Analyst to provide first- and second-line support across Samaritan’s Purse International (SPI) and the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA). This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to develop a strong foundation in IT within a Christian ministry context.
In this role, you will help ensure our staff are equipped with reliable, secure technology. As IT Support Analyst, you will support the setup, maintenance and day-to-day management of end-user technology across the organisation. You’ll work closely with colleagues across all departments and liaise with external technology partners to keep our systems running smoothly.

We are looking a skilled Insights Analyst to transform our fundraising and supporter data into clear, meaningful insights that guide fundraising strategy. You will lead the development of our reporting suite, collaborate with teams across the charity, and help embed strong evaluation practices.
You will design dashboards, build KPIs, analyse trends, and support teams to make evidence-based decisions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with partnership working and strategic thinking.

What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPIs
- Evaluate the performance and effectiveness of fundraising campaigns
- Analyse income trends and present insights to technical and non‑technical audiences
- Support teams to evaluate activities and embed data‑led decision‑making
- Work with stakeholders to understand insight needs and improve reporting processes
What You’ll Bring
- Strong Power BI skills (DAX, data modelling, Power Query)
- Knowledge of data modelling best practice
- Ability to turn complex data into clear, meaningful insights
- Experience with evaluation methods and KPIs, ideally in fundraising
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and document reporting processes
- Experience with fundraising CRMs (desirable)
- Strong SQL skills (desirable)

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the implementation phase, ensuring the new CRM platform is delivered successfully and realises value from the outset. Beyond implementation, this is a permanent product role, with ongoing responsibility for the evolution, optimisation and long-term value of the CRM as a core enterprise platform for the charity.

Reporting to our Head of Business Applications, key responsibilities will include:
- Define, refine, and continuously communicate the CRM product vision, roadmap, and value proposition
- Translate organisational strategy and business needs into clear product direction, prioritising improvements that drive adoption, efficiency, and supporter experience
- Own and manage the CRM product backlog, ensuring items are clear, deliverable, and aligned with business priorities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including programme and project managers, engineers, solution architects, business analysts, testers, and business system owners to ensure the successful delivery of CRM enhancements
- Build strong relationships across fundraising, membership, welfare, operations, digital, data, and technology teams to ensure CRM capabilities meet real-world needs

You will have demonstrable experience as a Product Owner, or similar role in digital, technology or CRM product environments. You will have hands on experience of a leadership role in agile teams and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft dynamics 365, including Agile Product Owner certifications and completion of 365 Fundamentals Learning Pathway.
This is a full time, permanent position. You will be contracted to our Haig House hub with a minimum expectation of two days per week working in person at the hub and flexibility for working remotely/at home when not on site.

St Peter’s Hospice are looking to recruit a Band 6 Nurse or Health Care Professional to join our Hospice at Home team, providing specialist end‑of‑life care across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.

About the role
As a Band 6 clinician within our Hospice at Home service, you will work autonomously in patients' homes, providing high‑quality clinical, practical and emotional support to individuals in the last four weeks of life and to their families.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Visiting patients to review symptom control and assess care needs
- Providing expert end‑of‑life care advice and support
- Undertaking remote assessments where needed to prioritise care safely
- Working closely with community and primary care teams to ensure timely, coordinated responses
- Collaborating with CHC and other hospice teams, with access to senior nurse and medic advice
- Supporting a caseload that increasingly includes both malignant and non‑malignant conditions, reflecting community frailty and long‑term health needs
As a Band 6, you will act as a clinical lead and role model for a large team of Senior Palliative Care Support Workers, offering clinical supervision and supporting them in work that can be emotionally demanding.
This is a rewarding yet challenging role, requiring confidence, resilience and a strong background in community and end‑of‑life care.
About the person
We are looking for a clinician who is:
- Experienced in providing care within patients’ homes

Experience in remote assessment is desirable.
A full driving licence, appropriate insurance and access to a vehicle for shifts are essential.
