We are looking for an Interim Bid Writer to take on a pivotal role in this integral team.
The Role
As Interim Bid Writer you will be responsible for leading a team to maximise income. Duties will include:
- Developing and delivering income generation strategies with a focus on long-term sustainability.
- Managing bid development, leading on bid writing and funder relationships across statutory bodies, grants and trusts and other external stakeholders.
- Developing existing income sources and leading on development into new areas.
- Reviewing and segmenting the current supporters, and planning priorities and quick wins.
The Person
To be considered for this role you should come to us with significant experience in bid writing, and of developing relationships with grants and trusts. You should have a proven track record in this area, and also be a good communicator with the skills and attributes to build stakeholder relationships with ease. Due to three of our client's current Board members stepping down from their positions following completion of their six-year terms, they are looking to fill three vacancies on their Board with individuals who can strengthen their existing skills-based Board by bringing high level knowledge and experience in one or more of the below key areas:

As Programme Manager, you will develop, coordinate and manage a range of projects sitting under the Foundation's Programme area. The projects place the Foundation at the centre of the sector and make progress towards the Foundation's goal of decarbonising all homes in the UK.
In this exciting, newly created role, you will manage projects sitting under the Programmes area of the charity. This is a new area for the Foundation and builds on their work providing grants to third-party organisations. They now want to take a more active role in the delivery of interventions and this role will be key to developing the right interventions and ensuring they deliver the required benefits. The role will be collaborating with other organisations and will involve managing relationships with a range of stakeholders and delivery partners.
A particular focus will be on managing the innovative Local Area Retrofit Accelerator programme. Through this programme, the Foundation will be working with localities around the UK to support local authorities and other key stakeholders in accelerating retrofit at scale by developing and delivering initiatives that will unlock supply and demand side barriers.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Programme Manager with significant knowledge of project management, partnership working and domestic energy efficiency/low carbon heating. Experience of delivering domestic retrofit-related projects, defined as home energy efficiency or heating improvements to reduce energy consumption or carbon would be hugely beneficial - however if not, a strong understanding and knowledge in this area will be crucial. You must be passionate about driving practical solutions to the climate emergency and happy working in a small team, with the ability to work across all levels with the need to be hands on.

Camphill Village Trust is seeking a new Individual Giving Executive and Prospectus is excited to be heading up the search. A leading UK charity, Camphill Village Trust support adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental-ill health and complex needs to lead a life of opportunity. They are proud to support over 600 adults across nine communities and services throughout England via supported living and day placement opportunities.
As Individual Giving Executive for Camphill Village Trust, you will project manage a range of Individual Giving (IG) campaigns, mainly through engagement of existing donors, across a range of channels, including direct mail, email and social media. You will seek to maximise income and provide high levels of supporter engagement.
The ideal candidate will possess solid experience in meeting / exceeding fundraising targets in a similar Individual Giving fundraising role. You will possess proficient project management skills and have delivered projects on time and within budget. Excellent verbal and written communications are imperative as is the ability to form and develop positive relationships with people at all levels.
