Community Fundraising Manager

London, Greater London (Hybrid)
£45,000 - £47,000 per year
Full-time
Contract (12 months)
Job description

Do you love building strong relationships with supporters and creating experiences that make people want to stay involved? Can you lead a team of passionate fundraisers and help shape the future of an established community fundraising programme?

Community fundraising is at the heart of what we do at London's Air Ambulance Charity, providing meaningful ways for Londoners to support their local air ambulance. We have an established and successful community fundraising programme, and as part of our new community engagement strategy we have ambitious plans to grow our supporter base, develop new fundraising products and opportunities, and create supporter journeys that encourage long-term engagement.

You'll play a key role in turning this ambition into reality. You'll lead the delivery and development of the community fundraising programme, working closely with the Head of Community Engagement and wider team to translate strategic objectives into clear and actionable plans.

You'll have the opportunity to help shape how we work, identify opportunities for sustainable growth and innovation, and support the team to focus their time and energy where they can have the greatest impact.
