As a Senior Philanthropy Manager, you will:

As administrator and Clerk, you will be responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support to the Gospel Oak Youth Action Link Youth Club (GOALYC) board, including diary management and responding to letters and emails. We’re looking for a confident and collaborative leader to manage and shape Girlguiding’s approach to activity health and safety in all Girlguiding’s activities for girls, this includes adventure, events, local and international travel, venues and local Girlguiding properties.

This role is about more than technical expertise. It’s about leading a newly formed team, building strong relationships across the organisation, and ensuring that our safety culture is embedded and understood at every level. Westway Trust is seeking an enthusiastic part time Gardener who will take immense pride in the maintenance and development of the grounds and gardens across the Trust's 23 acres of land. You will be an effective, efficient and safety conscious gardener who ultimately will ensure the Trust's grounds and gardens and green spaces are always kept healthy and beautiful. This role will be critical to ensuring management of a vibrant, diverse and thriving estate.

Summary

The National Safeguarding Team provides professional safeguarding advice to the Church of England on matters of national policy as part of its wider transformation plan, which includes the development and implementation of national policy, training, quality assurance and audit, and work with survivors. The national safeguarding team also leads complex casework and supports dioceses in their safeguarding of children and adults.

The Redress Scheme project is part of the Church of England's Safeguarding Programme, which aims to embed structure, quality assurance and continuous improvement in line with its Safeguarding principles. Following the Church of England's recently approval of a comprehensive redress scheme for survivors of Church-related abuse, the project is now moving into the implementation phase, and we are looking for a new member of the team to help us prepare for the opening the Scheme.

The role will work with multiple NCI departments involving, for example, HR & Payroll, Finance & Resources, Legal, among many others as well as Safeguarding Bishops and Safeguarding teams of the Church of England in support to the mission of the Church of England and this Programme's in particular, as well as external stakeholders, including the media. To assist this project, there is a requirement for a Stakeholder Engagement and Comms Manager role to be performed by a specialist with relevant experience and expertise.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Stakeholder Engagement and Communications Manager to play a pivotal role in the delivery of the Church's Redress Scheme. This high-profile project requires a strategic communicator and relationship-builder who can lead engagement efforts across the wider Church and National Church Institutions (NCI) staff, ensuring clarity, sensitivity, and impact in all communications.

As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive stakeholder engagement and communications strategy, acting as the face of the programme and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed, consulted, and supported throughout the Scheme's development and launch.

• Lead stakeholder engagement across diocesan and cathedral safeguarding teams, NCI staff, and external media.
• Develop and deliver a multi-channel communications and engagement strategy.
• Build stakeholder knowledge and capacity to support effective communication and collaboration.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholder enquiries and engagement.
• Facilitate meetings and consultations, including with volunteer survivors to inform messaging.
• Maintain and update project FAQs and key messaging documents.
• Liaise with the National Communications Team to manage media strategy and press engagement.
• Coordinate out-of-hours media responses via dedicated mobile (as agreed).
• Monitor and report on engagement progress, risks, and feedback to governance boards.
• Create awareness campaign materials and oversee their release in line with Scheme launch.
  

Key Role Requirements

• Fixed-term contract until June 2026.
• A basic DBS check will be required as part of our pre-employment checks.
• This is a hybrid role with the expectation to work from the office location 1-3 days per week.

• A salary of £59,248 per annum, plus age-related pension contributions between 8-15% of salary. We will also match any pension contributions you make up to an additional 3% of your salary.

About the role

You’ll provide expert technical support and guidance on a variety of software and hardware used at Parkinson’s UK, working as a key member of the Technology Services Team.

• Manage and test our backup and recovery systems

The Role

We’re looking for a detail-driven Junior Data Analyst to join our Supply Chain Team. You’ll collect, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources, create dashboards and KPI reports, and provide insights to improve our operations.

Key Responsibilities

•  Collect, validate, and analyse data from various systems.
• Build reports/dashboards in Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve processes.
• Produce KPI reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Support compliance with food safety and audit standards.

Common/Shared Responsibilities

• Undertake Staff Induction Programme as devised, and assist, as requested, in the induction and training of new staff, trainees and volunteers.
• Participate in staff meetings, team meetings, supervision meetings, appraisals, training, team development sessions, working groups and other meetings as required.
• Be mindful of and practice Adhere to FareShare Midlands Values and Behaviours framework in everyday activities and interactions with others.
• Share responsibility for good Health and Safety practices, reporting any concerns to line management.
• Take shared responsibility for training and development, reviewing development needs and plans at Supervisions and Appraisals, including keeping up to date with best practice and training methods.
• Ensure effective use of FareShare Midlands systems, processes and procedures as relevant to each role.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues including working collaboratively across FareShare Midlands.
• Encourage and promote equality, diversity and inclusion inside and outside of Fareshare Midlands and in day to day activities and interactions, reporting any concerns to line management.

Person Specification

Essential Experience

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in Excel, basic SQL, and familiarity with Power BI/Tableau.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, Supply Chain, or similar (MSc or equivalent desirable).

What we’re looking for

An experienced fundraising or marketing professional or consultant with a proven track record of developing and implementing Legacy and In Memory campaigns aimed at creating awareness, inspiring action and ultimately helping to secure future Legacy and In Memory gifts for the Macular Society.

You’ll be familiar with and comfortable analysing data and insights that inform decision making and approaches towards legacy and in memory marketing, ensuring these activities are well targeted and effective, using a range of channels.

Once secured, you’ll also be passionate about providing the best possible supporter experience, understanding motivations and reflecting them in a way that brings people closer to the cause and encouraging future support.

Leading a team of two experienced Legacy and In Memory Fundraising Officers, you’ll support this talent by providing opportunities for learning and development.
