WRAP is a small charity based in Stratford-upon-Avon, covering South Warwickshire, established over 25 years ago to preserve and protect the health of those with cognitive brain disorders. It delivers a range of services to support people affected by dementia, including a weekly café, a memory box loan scheme, an education programme for carers and a music group.

In this exciting and varied role, you will manage the HR lifecycle, provide HR advice, develop and improve policies and processes, and manage payroll and benefits. You will report to the CEO and work with the with the Senior Management Team (SMT) to deliver a high quality HR & Payroll service. You will demonstrate and promote the culture and values of FoodCycle, incorporating equity, diversity, inclusion and environmental sustainability.​

This is a key role in which you will enjoy using your expertise to interact with all FoodCycle staff (~40 headcount) and lead initiatives like the annual staff survey, performance reviews and provide quarterly HR updates to the Board. You will be responsible for all HR operations and people activities of FoodCycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, PAYE, pensions, employee engagement surveys and performance management and training oversight.​

You will be comfortable managing a busy and varied workload, able to connect with employees and stakeholders while working remotely, and bring your knowledge of HR best practice & employment law to maintain and improve our positive working culture. You will have experience managing HR operations and/or payroll in an organisation with 20 or more people, and CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience).​

About You

As the Philanthropy Manager, you will be a confident and persuasive communicator, comfortable engaging with supporters and stakeholders at all levels. The Philanthropy Manager is a new donor-facing role, which will focus on expanding and strengthening a major donor portfolio to increase five and six figure income from individual donors and family trusts for Art UK. You will lead on managing and growing Art UK’s philanthropic giving programme, which includes the Patrons and supporter events programme and our major donor activity. Working within an ambitious team, you will have the support of a freelance Prospect Researcher to identify new prospects, and the Development Manager and CRM Officer to develop donor journeys and relationship management systems. Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain a robust prospect pipeline through identification, research, cultivation and relationship-building to secure five-figure gifts and long-term support

- Manage a portfolio of mid-level individual donors, converting one-off supporters into deeper donor relationships

- Manage and grow Art UK’s mid-level regular giving programme, strengthening donor relationships through face-to face meetings, events and personalised communication

- Develop donor development strategies, using CRM to analysis and identify higher gift prospects from existing donor pool and maximise giving potential

- Lead on major gifts for annual Big Give campaigns, identifying and securing keystone pledge donors, and leveraging networks to reach giving targets

- Create and implement, effectively and in a timely manner, development plans for each donor to retain and upgrade donors and document all activities in CRM Beacon

- Prepare and personalise correspondence and fundraising materials, including donor stewardship and reports, funding proposals and acknowledgement letters as appropriate

- Work closely with the Marketing team and other colleagues to showcase Art UK’s work and enhance donor engagement

- Organise and deliver events for major donors and prospects (with support from the Development team), including attending events where appropriate

- Support management of the American Friends of Art UK (launching 2026), including donor stewarding and events programming

- Support senior leadership and board members in the preparation and delivery of high-quality donor pitches to secure new philanthropic gifts

- Monitor progress against targets and maintain accurate reporting, including updates to Art UK’s Board of Trustees and the Philanthropy Board

- Ensure pledges and donations are processed efficiently and that donors are thanked promptly and personally

- Work closely with all members of the Development team to ensure prospecting and cultivation activity is aligned and complementary

Job description

We are looking for an Intercultural Engagement Manager (Freedom of Speech) to to manage our student-led external speaker events policy and processes, which are key to enabling the Union to balance our responsibility to enable and protect freedom of speech within the law with our fundamental charitable purpose to deliver for the educational benefit of our community and society. 

The role holder will manage the external speakers’ approval process, including assessing the risk rating and the risk mitigation steps required for events. These are essential processes that enable the Union to facilitate student-led events, which broaden the scope of discussion and debate and contribute to the academic and non-academic development of our members, whilst ensuring the safety of those participating. 

The post holder will also work with the Head of Intercultural Engagement to increase the number and variety of skills development opportunities for students, catering to the diverse needs of our members. They will be responsible for expanding the reach and impact of the Impartial Chairs programme, our skills development programme designed to help students tackle contentious issues, develop a nuanced understanding of power dynamics and a toolkit of techniques to enable them to navigate challenging conversations with individuals with different views.

Job summary

The Royal Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene (RSTMH) is a charity that supports members who work in, or are interested in, tropical medicine and global health.

In September 2028 it is hosting the International Congress for Tropical Medicine and Malaria (ICTMM) on behalf of the International Federation for Tropical Medicine (IFTM), in Liverpool, UK.

ICTMM 2028 expects to receive over 1,500 attendees, hopefully with over 40% coming from outside of Europe. It is an educational meeting with a high proportion of the content driven by abstracts. The event is being delivered by RSTMH with the support of a Professional Conference Organiser (PCO).

The ICTMM Events Manager has responsibility for coordinating the development and delivery of ICTMM 2028 at RSTMH, working with the RSTMH team, the PCO, the event venue ACC Liverpool, IFTM, and other suppliers.  The individual would be based at RSTMH where the role would start on a part-time basis and move to be full-time 17 months before the event.

The role requires an able self-starter who understands the logistics and considerations of running a scientific, abstract-driven event of 1,500+ attendees, of working with a PCO and of educational events attended by a high number of international guests.  There will be some travel to Liverpool and the role would require some overnight stays there before and during the event.

The candidate needs to have excellent event and project management skills, communication and relationship building skills, and be organised and flexible with a great attention to detail.  They should be as comfortable developing an events strategy as answering queries about tickets sales and negotiating sponsorship. Alongside delivering the ICTMM meeting there are opportunities for partners to deliver events at the same venue, which are also the responsibility of the events manager.

The role will start as three days per week and then move to be full time as we approach the event. The current expected timings are:

• 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027 – 21 hours/3 days per week
• 1 April 2027 to 30 September 2028 – 35 hours/ 5 days per week

Up to 1 April 2027 the role will be office-based in our London (Bloomsbury) offices, although there is flexibility to set your own days between Tuesday to Fridays (working hours must include our core times of 10am – 4pm).

The role may also require work in the evenings or weekends and potential time staying in Liverpool.

Main responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive project plan for all aspects of ICTMM 2028, working with the PCO, and be responsible for ensuring all stakeholders meet deadlines leading up to the event
• Coordinate stakeholders working on ICTMM 2028, ensuring all are up to date with progress and relations run smoothly – including RSTMH, PCO, conference venue, IFTM, ICTMM Strategic, Sponsorship and Scientific Committees and other third parties
• Work with RSTMH CEO to recruit Scientific Committee Chairs and members, develop a long list of partners and sponsors for funding and support, and develop legal agreements for these
• Develop and disseminate accurate and timely content about ICTMM through a dedicated website, a dedicated newsletter and other marketing materials, which is high quality and accessible
• Work with the RSTMH CEO and PCO to deliver sponsorship and other financial support for the event
• Help coordinate meetings of the ICTMM Committees where needed
• Assist the PCO with activities to maximise attendance to the event
• Help organise travel and accommodation, plus assist with visas for speakers and sponsored attendees
• Oversight and responsibility for the budget and re-forecasting of income and expenditure for the event
• Work with the PCO on the logistics of the event management e.g., exhibition space and registration
• Assist RSTMH and the Scientific Committee to secure plenary speakers, assisting with logistics
• Establish and manage a system to monitor and evaluate progress towards ICTMM 2028
• Manage all ICTMM event enquiries that come through to RSTMH and forward to the relevant team
• Develop systems and processes to ensure we capture all data from ICTMM into our CRM

Greenhouse Sports is pleased to be exclusively partnering with Robertson Bell in their search for a Management Accountant to join their close-knit, dynamic team on a permanent basis, in this newly created role following an exciting period of change. Their mission is to deliver intensive sports coaching and mentoring to help develop young people from disadvantaged communities.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Management Accountant will play a key role in supporting the Finance Team by preparing monthly management accounts with variance analysis, budget holder reports, and statutory accounts. They will also contribute to finance projects, including the development of new budget holder reporting and process improvements.

The key duties of the Management Accountant will be as follows:

• Complete the preparation of accurate and timely monthly management accounts.
• Play a key role in the production of the statutory accounts including notes and reconciliations.
• Own the preparation of the newly created budget holder reports ensuring that reporting is complete and accurate.
• Monitor actual spending vs budget by providing a variance analysis for monthly budget holder reports.
• Extract relevant data from Xledger and prepare reporting for internal stakeholders.
• Work with a continuous improvement mindset to identify efficiencies in existing processes.
• Support other members of the finance team when required to complete tasks.

The successful candidate will have:

• A recognised professional qualification or be part qualified studying towards becoming qualified.
• Demonstrable experience of having worked in a management accounts capacity.
• Ideally, working knowledge of Charity SORP, but candidates without this are strongly encouraged to apply.
• The ability to communicate effectively with all financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• An enthusiastic and confident personality, with a key eye for detail.

The Communications Manager plays a key role in increasing the reach, visibility, and impact of the organisation’s work. The post-holder will lead on creating high-quality, audience-focused communications across digital platforms, ensuring all content reflects the organisation’s values, brand, and strategic priorities.

Working closely with colleagues and sector stakeholders, the role involves managing social media, newsletters, and the website; supporting events and campaigns; and communicating the impact of the NBO and NBAS within the newborn and perinatal field. The successful candidate will combine creativity, strong organisational skills, and sector awareness to deliver engaging, relevant, and impactful communications.

Suitability 

This is a part-time, maternity-cover post. We welcome applications from individuals in a range of professional circumstances, and appointment will be based on the candidate who best meets the requirements of the role.

The suggested working pattern is 14–21 hours per week. This could be delivered across 2–3 days, or through shorter hours spread across more days, subject to discussion at interview.

The role may suit a practising clinician seeking to combine this post alongside clinical work, or an individual with communications experience in a health service, voluntary sector, or charity setting.

Job Description

The following job description provides an overview of the key duties of the role. The post-holder may, on occasion, be required to undertake other reasonable tasks as requested to support the organisation’s work.

1. Digital and Communications Platforms Management

• Social media planning: Develop and follow a social media content plan that includes a range of content types (promotional, engagement, inspirational), reflects the organisation’s strategic goals, and is tailored to the audience’s needs to ensure content is relevant, targeted, and impactful.
• Social media management: Manage the organisation’s social media platforms, including posting, scheduling, and engaging with relevant posts (e.g., commenting, sharing, or reposting where appropriate).
• Email newsletters: Plan, gather, and assemble engaging content (including guest articles) into visually appealing newsletters using Mailchimp, ensuring a mix of news, articles, and resources.
• Website management: Maintain and update the organisation’s WordPress website, including content updates, managing functionalities such as the learning platform and forms, and publishing new content (e.g., blogs). Liaise with website hosts or technical support as needed.
• Email communication: Use email to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders and respond to queries promptly.

2. Sector-Informed Engagement and Initiatives

• Gathering Impact Content: Engage practitioners, managers, and other stakeholders to collect photos, case studies, testimonials, and quotes that demonstrate how the NBO and NBAS are being used in practice and the difference they make. Use this content across social media, newsletters, and the website to showcase the organisation’s impact.
• Stakeholder engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including trainers, champions, international colleagues, bursary awardees, and partner organisations, to support communications activities such as guest articles, talks, and dissemination through their networks.
• Sector awareness: Maintain awareness of developments within the newborn, perinatal, and ‘1001 days’ field (including policy, NHS services, government initiatives, and charitable activities) to ensure communications remain current.
• Awareness campaigns: Support relevant awareness days and weeks throughout the year, primarily via social media, contributing a Brazelton-informed voice to wider sector themes and discussions.
• Baby Communication Week: Plan and deliver Baby Communication Week, the organisation’s annual awareness campaign, ensuring strong thematic focus and high-quality events to maximise educational impact and engagement.
• Strategic initiatives: Support additional initiatives that increase the reach, visibility, and impact of the organisation’s work in line with strategic objectives.

3. Content Creation and Brand Compliance

• Visual content: Use design tools such as Canva to produce visual assets — including graphics, videos, and, on occasion, printed materials such as posters — for social media, newsletters, the website, and events, ensuring all content is visually engaging and aligned with the organisation’s branding.
• Written content: Create written copy for a variety of channels, including newsletters, social media posts and captions, website pages, blogs, and promotional materials, ensuring all content is clear, engaging, and consistent with the organisation’s tone of voice.
• Ensure all communications comply with the organisation’s branding and communications policy, providing guidance and support to team members as required.

4. Events and Programme Administration

•  Online events: Assist with the organisation of Brazelton online events, such as quarterly Inform & Inspire Sessions, including setting up Eventbrite ticketing/booking pages, managing Zoom sessions, recording events, and uploading content to YouTube for catch-up.
•  In-person events: Support the planning and delivery of occasional in-person events, including representing the organisation at external exhibitions and contributing to the Brazelton Centre UK 30th anniversary conference in 2027.
• Bursary schemes: Assist with the administration of annual bursary schemes, including setting up application forms, managing submissions, promoting the schemes, and corresponding with applicants and awardees.

Technical/Digital Skills (Essential)

• Confident using a wide range of digital platforms, with a proven ability to quickly learn and become proficient in new tools and technologies, even if previously unfamiliar.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint), professional email systems, and social media platforms

Desirable - High proficiency in the following tools:

• An understanding of the roles and work of infant-related practitioners in the UK, including health visitors, neonatal nurses and therapists, perinatal teams, and midwives, to ensure messaging and content produced is relevant and effective.
• A good knowledge of the Brazelton approach and the NBO and NBAS tools, including their purpose, impact on practice, and contribution to newborn care and the parent-infant relationship.​

Desirable -

•  Trained in the NBO, NBAS, or both, with experience applying them in practice with infants and families.
• Able to confidently communicate about the NBO and NBAS tools in the context of professional practice, service aims, and current developments or campaigns in the field.

Creative and Content Skills (Essential)

Architects play a crucial role in our society. They design the buildings and environments where we live and work. The Architects Registration Board (ARB) is the professional regulator of architects. We maintain a Register to protect the public, so that anyone using an architect’s services, or a building designed by an architect, can be reassured that the design has been developed by an appropriate expert. 

The successful applicant will be a key member of the Qualifications Team, helping to deliver a rigorous cycle of quality assurance for educational standards and the prescription (recognition) of qualifications required to become an architect in the UK.This includes processing applications for a prescription from a variety of institutions, drafting comprehensive advisory notes, seeking clarifications from schools and presenting decision-critical papers to the Board for approval. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement and development of the prescription process and our workflow systems.

Applicants will require excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and report complex data; show highly developed interpersonal skills and excellent attention to detail; be able to confidently present evidence-based assessments and support conclusions on paper and in discussions with peers, senior management and external partners.

Experience of working with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels and the ability and confidence to identify risk and escalate matters accordingly are essential.
