The Data team, based in the Marketing & Income Generation directorate, focuses on data processing, data selections and data analysis. The Data team has grown over the last couple of years due to significant charity growth. The Data Team sits within the newly formed Income Generation Operations team however the data team provides a service to the whole of the Marketing & Income Generation directorate as well as other parts of the organisation.

Responsibilities of our Lead Data & Analytics Manager:

As Lead Data & Analytics Manager, you will support the Head of Data & Analytics in providing the Marketing & Income Generation directorate with the data services required to attain its 10-year strategy by delivering an exceptional and reliable centralized support function across data operations and analytics. You will lead a high performing and specialised Data & Analytics team responsible for developing, maintaining and utilising supporter information systems that adhere to sector-wide best practice and legal requirements as well as ensuring analytics are at the heart of the fundraising decision making.

• Experience of building and leading a high performing and technical Data & Analytics team
• Proven track record of driving key data transformation projects
• Proven experience of developing data systems and processes to increase efficiencies
• Managing external suppliers, including contract management and supplier tendering process

The Role

In April 2021 the Domestic Abuse Act received Royal Assent. The Act introduces a new civil Domestic Abuse Protection Notice (DAPN) to provide immediate protection following a domestic abuse incident, and a new civil Domestic Abuse Protection Order (DAPO) to provide flexible, longer-term protection for victims. DAPOs can impose both prohibitions and positive requirements on perpetrators. We were commissioned by the Home Office to design a triage model that will assess individuals for the suitability of these interventions; this triage model will be rolled out in the pilot sites which are going live in May 2024 and will be tested and evaluated in order to prepare for national roll out in 2026.The Programme Manager will oversee the roll out and delivery of the DAPO pilot Triage Model.

Skills, experience and education:

● Experience managing relationships with policymakers and stakeholders and ability to lead discussions towards tangible outcomes.

● Experience in the design of built environment decarbonisation roadmaps for the public and/or private sectors and project development.

The Role:

The Partner Engagement Lead is responsible for key account management, and specifically developing and supporting relationships with programme sponsors and partners within the WorldGBC network.

The Partner Engagement Lead will work closely alongside the programme/projects team subject leads, taking responsibility for day to day management of activities that relate to sponsors or stakeholders, including partner relationships, external collaborations and fundraising.

Working cross-functionally within a matrix-style organisation, the Lead will work collaboratively on the engagement pillar of WorldGBC's fundraising team alongside the Partnerships Manager and the Strategic Partnerships Lead. This team coordinates closely with all WorldGBC departments, in particular where sponsors are involved with initial focus on the programme/project partners.

Well-organised and a great communicator, this individual will ensure that key relationships are managed effectively across the organisation, and be detail oriented in their reporting and accounting of opportunities. The Lead should also be willing to represent the organisation in relevant external opportunities relating to the programmes as need arises - including fundraising meetings, external working groups, events or conferences.

The Partner Engagement Lead will report to the Director of Programmes Strategy.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Account Management: Be primary point of contact for new and existing programmatic sponsors and partners, overseeing engagement with the network and accounting with detailed reporting to ensure up-to-date partnership records. Work alongside the programmatic team leads to deliver all agreed benefits to partners, ensuring a uniform balance of benefits and opportunities across sponsors engaging in all areas of the organisation.

2. Fundraising and Budget Management: Work alongside the programme leads to secure funding and manage relevant programme/project budgets (with guidance from the Director of Programmes Strategy), including supporting grant application and reporting responsibilities where necessary.

3. Stakeholder Engagement (members and partners): Engage with stakeholders to ensure that our programmes/projects align with their goals and needs, working with the Director of Programmes Strategy and wider programme team to explore best practice engagement tactics throughout 2024.

4. Subject Matter Expertise: Stay current with the latest trends in sustainable buildings and WorldGBC programme outputs, ensuring the Lead can communicate knowledgeably about WorldGBC strategy and work areas as required.

5. Communications: Support communication for WorldGBC on topics related to sustainable buildings in relevant programmatic areas, representing the team at internal or external events or industry working groups and collaborating with Marketing & Communications on accurate messaging for publications and campaigns.

The Health Foundation is an independent charity committed to bringing about better health and health care for people in the UK. Our aim is a healthier population, supported by high quality health care that can be equitably accessed.

One of the ways we do this is by managing research grants and running commissions (involving academics, front line staff, policy makers and think tanks). The Research team lead and co-produce high quality research commissions, using our expertise in research policy, design and management. We also lead on synthesising and mobilising knowledge from our funded research and evaluation to maximise learning and impact. We are responsible for a varied portfolio and provide expert support across the Foundation, working with colleagues to scope and design research and evaluation, ensure effective contracting and establish good governance arrangements.

We are a supportive and inclusive team looking to appoint someone who enjoys working with others and is able to collaborate effectively in progressing the Research team’s aims and objectives in support of the Health Foundation strategy. As our Head of Partnership Management, you will lead a dynamic team responsible for managing our existing partnerships, driving sustainable income growth, and amplifying our impact. Your strategic direction will be instrumental in maximising the value of each partnership, securing vital resources, and ultimately delivering greater impact for children worldwide.

 In this role, you will be accountable for:

• Strategic Leadership: Provide vision and direction to the Partnership Management team, ensuring we remain leaders in impactful partnerships with the private sector.
• Team Leadership: Lead and support a team of Partnership Managers, fostering growth and maximising the holistic value of partnerships.
• External Engagement: Represent Save the Children UK externally, driving our profile and networks with key organisations and stakeholders.
• Internal Collaboration: Collaborate across departments to maximize the value of Save the Children in our partnerships and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
• Operational Delivery: Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and strategic planning to achieve partnership objectives effectively.

 To be successful, it is important that you have:

• Proven track record of leading seven-figure partnerships with global businesses.
• Experience influencing and delivering results cross-organisationally in a large complex organisation.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills at senior levels.
• Experience in team leadership and strategy development.
• Excellent written and presentation skills, including the ability to engage at CEO level.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective networking and negotiation.
• Understanding and application of commercial and financial principles.

Ways of Working:

The majority of our roles can be performed remotely in the UK, but there are likely to be times when you will be required to come to your contracted office (up to 2-4 days per month or 6-8 days per quarter).  This will be agreed with your Line Manager and team and is intended to be time spent on collaborating with colleagues and relationship building.
