This important role will represent FareShare Sussex & Surrey engaging with corporate partners and key stakeholders such as council leaders, politicians and dignitaries across the region. 

Using your experience in engagement and relationship management you will work to consolidate existing partnerships and seek new opportunities across Sussex & Surrey, working to build strong relationships locally and encourage partnership, donations, sponsorships and corporate volunteering. The development team has an ambitious target of £1 million to raise, through various streams including corporate partnerships, individual giving, trust applications and other fundraising activities each year. The role will manage the corporate income stream and requires collaboration with all income generation to ensure effective management and stewardship of all partners.

You will develop an exciting donor journey which engages and encourages support from businesses and key stakeholders. Working with high-value supporters to maintain a good relationship with the organisation and fostering new partnerships. 

You will also work alongside our food Supply Manager to help provide a holistic partnership with our suppliers, encouraging them to support our work across the ESG / CSR spectrum.

Duties and responsibilities  

Business Development and Relationship Management 

• Act as main point of contact for existing corporate partners and stakeholders

• Build strong relationships through a stewardship programme to engage with partners in a variety of ways on a regular basis

• To provide the highest quality supporter care, working in partnership with the business to engage with its staff, maximising fundraising and retain support for the long term

• Support with engaging FareShare national partners where required

• Capture feedback from businesses to adapt our propositions

• Engage with with external stakeholders to develop effective activity plans, with clear objectives and outcomes to engage with new and existing corporate partners and other stakeholders

New Business

• Work closely with the Development Team to identify new business opportunities (including charity of the year partnerships) and to develop new relationships with stakeholders across Sussex and Surrey

• To research and approach companies to maximise fundraising opportunities,Develop and promote sponsorship opportunities and corporate partnership offerings

• Create engaging proposition presentations to approach new businesses engaging with them and s other such stakeholders regularly, hosting visits and attending meetings where necessary

Reporting and Monitoring

• Provide regular reporting for trustees and the Development Team

• To monitor and evaluate all aspects of the partnership, reporting on income and engagement. 

• Regular indepth bespoke reporting for our funding partner

• Work with the Head of Development on creating forecasts and budgets

• Ensuring records are maintained through our CRM system, Donorfy

• Adhere to data protection regulation and have an understanding of the Fundraising Regulator guidelines

Overview

The National Paralympic Heritage Trust (NPHT) has embarked on a new exciting five-year strategy – ‘Becoming Seamlessly Inclusive 2023-2028’. To help us on this journey, this is an exciting opportunity to join our team as the Trust’s Company Administrator, a key role within our organisation. You will be able to think on your feet and be confident to work autonomously. 

The NPHT is a young dynamic and diverse organisation, and a leader in accessible heritage. Over our first five years we have engaged with over half a million people with the ambition to reach a million over the next five years, with support from several major heritage funders including the Arts Council England (as an NPO), National Lottery Heritage Fund, Rothschild Foundation, Museums Association Esmee Fairbairn, Wolfson Foundation, Art Fund and Garfield Weston.

Role of the Company Administrator

The Administrator will be responsible for the key administration functions of the Trust; planning, directing, managing, and coordinating all operational functions including the office management, day to day finance records, events support and site maintenance.

1. Overall

1.1 To be part of the inspiring work of the National Paralympic Heritage Trust, supporting the wider team and often being the first line of contact to visitors and partners in person, online and via telephone.

1.2 Manage the provision of office services including the management of day to day finance and payments, staff rotas, stationary orders, supporting events and bookings and ensuring the smooth running of the office.

1.3 Organising the day-to-day maintenance of the Heritage Centre and the displays at the National Spinal Injuries Centre.

Main Duties

1.4 The management of office systems, operating practices, record keeping, policies and budget monitoring systems including supporting returns to funders, monthly invoicing records and payments.

1.5 Administration of training, Heritage Centre bookings, events and meetings, including organising catering when relevant.

1.6 Management of general correspondence, answering phone calls, managing the admin mailbox and processing post.

1.7 Oversight and coordination of environmental action plans.

1.8 Drafting, formatting, and printing of relevant documents for meetings as required.

1.9 Maintaining stock lists and ordering of office supplies as needed.

1.10 Coordinate agendas and take meeting notes for the Board of Trustees and the Finance and Development Committee.

2.1 The Administrator will be employed by the National Paralympic Heritage Trust and be responsible to the Board of Trustees.

2.3 The Administrator will have monthly meetings with the Head of Programmes, reporting on progress and raising any areas of concern.

Rahab Project UK is a small charity which is part of a wider global organisation that works towards seeing the lives of at risk and vulnerable women affected by prostitution and trafficking transformed. We support those who are sexually exploited with unconditional acceptance, compassion and dignity to rebuild their lives and achieve their own identity and freedom. We provide learning and development opportunities for women to engage in and offer a supportive and on-judgemental environment as they explore ways and takes steps forward in self-determining their futures.

Overall Purpose: The Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of Rahab's projects. 
 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
 

Service delivery

• Ensure that all aspects of Rahab’s project activities are planned, organized and undertaken to fulfil their objectives within their required timelines.

• Develop, organize, and maintain project documentation, plans, reports, and other project-related documents to monitor and track overall progress, outputs and achievement of milestones.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and communicate project risks, delays and issues to the Project Manager and relevant stakeholders.

• Monitor project progress with team members and task as required. 

• Contribute to the development of funding applications in coordination with Rahab’s Fundraiser. 

• Support Rahab team with volunteer recruitment and training. 

• Undertake project tasks as required including supporting the team with outreach when necessary. 

• Provide administrative support such as minuting weekly team update meetings and setting up relevant meetings with external organisations. 

Data collection, record keeping, monitoring & reporting. 

• Maintain accurate data and records that capture and analyse information to (i) inform planning and delivery of casework support; (ii) monitor and evaluate wider project outcomes, (iii) to contribute data for future long-term evaluation of casework approach efficacy.

• Participate in and contribute to collaborative working arrangements, alongside Rahab Manager, in key stakeholder work - SI MARAC (Sex Industry Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference) - with Local Authority, Metropolitan Police and Voluntary and Community sector.

SARSAS exists to relieve the trauma and distress, and help rebuild the lives, of survivors who live in Somerset, Bristol, South Gloucestershire, North Somerset and BANES, who have experienced any form of sexual violence, at any point in their lives.

SARSAS also campaigns and raises awareness about rape and sexual violence to change the narrative about sexual violence and enable survivor’s voices to be heard. Partnership work with a range of agencies locally and nationally is a priority to enable social change.

The British Dyslexia Association (BDA) is a charity that represents the voice of people living with dyslexia. We aim to influence government and other institutions to promote a dyslexia friendly society that enables dyslexic people of all ages to reach their full potential.

This is an exciting new role for the BDA, which has been created with the purpose of recruiting, managing and supporting regional volunteers, leading specific outreach to groups impacted and disadvantaged by dyslexia and resulting life circumstances. This is a varied hands-on role that would suit a skilled volunteering professional, who will use their knowledge of volunteering best practice and experience to help us create the future for outreach volunteering at the BDA.

Location

Home-based (UK), with travel to the BDA office in Bracknell (Berkshire) and around the UK as and when necessary. Additionally, travel to team days approximately 1-2 times a year is required.

Duties and Responsibilities (to include, but not limited to):

 ·Recruiting, training and supporting regional volunteers and working with a national voluntary panel.

Community Advice Works is an established community charity based in New Cross in South
East London. As the only charity in the London Borough of Lewisham offering a general
drop-in advice service, we are a critical source of support to vulnerable residents. We have
