This post will work closely with the Director of Participation, producing all shows which originate from the Participation team, setting up and managing participation projects and working closely with young people and community groups.

There is also an opportunity to instigate and creatively lead on participation projects.

The Participation Producer will manage the Participation Coordinator and the Participation Assistant, as well as any work placements and freelancers. They will manage show and project budgets and contribute to the writing of funding applications and evaluation reports.

Digital CRM Migration Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity with a 12-month fixed term contract where we are looking for an experienced digital marketer who is process and data driven. This role is integral to migrating digital systems and processes to a new CRM database, improving them as we optimise new functionality. This is working as part of a transformational project team to ensure Mencap is set for the future for supporter engagement.

 As the Digital CRM Migration Specialist, you will be responsible for defining digital data points and mapping digital data flows through to the new CRM and Marketing Cloud. This will mean supporting the CRM steering group in defining digital user journeys and optimising the configuration of our new CRM and Marketing Cloud to ensure we optimise their functionality to ultimately raise vital funds and mobilise key audiences to support people with a learning disability.

 This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, full-time role.  We offer flexible working with at least one day per week (Tuesday) based in our London office near Aldgate East and Liverpool Street stations.

Haringey Community Collaborative Manager

We are looking for someone who has experience of either operational or operational and strategic management skills, with a proven track record of leading, delivering and developing projects or services. 

Having a keen interest in the local community and a passion to ensure that local VCS within the Borough of Haringey is appropriately engaged with and supported, bringing people together and working in a role that can effect positive change resulting in improved outcomes for people who the VCS support and work with.

Someone with creativity in involving and reaching diverse groups and communities with a solid understanding of diversity and the implications for engagement, along with knowledge and experience of collaborative ways of working. Your communication skills will give you the confidence to interact with local communities, senior stakeholders, as well as build relationships with strategic partners and funders.

Job Summary

The Haringey Community Collaborative Manager is responsible for leading the development of the VCS Capacity Building strategy and the effective co-ordination of the Community Collaborative team which includes a Communications and Engagement Officer, a Workplace Development Manager, and a Capacity Building Manager.

We envisage the Haringey Community Collaborative Manager performing at either a primarily operational level or, for a more experienced candidate, at both operational and strategic levels. The salary range reflects this, with the upper end of the salary range reserved for candidates who can demonstrate an ability to deliver at both the operational and strategic levels.

Operationally, the postholder will have specific management responsibility for co-developing priorities for local VCS funding and capacity building, as well as the Volunteer Centre and wider VCS community of practice. The post holder has lead responsibility for developing the Annual Work Programme, performance management and reporting against the targets and milestones in the Contract.

Strategically, the role would include a wider contribution to the strategic management and development of Public Voice, supporting the CEO as required. This would include leading the shaping and delivery of a Capacity Building strategy; representing the VCS Alliance at stakeholder meetings and influencing key stakeholders to better support Haringey’s VCS; as well as growing the reach and impact of the Capacity Building service by engaging new funders and partners.

New Horizon Youth Centre has been commissioned by the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) as part of an Alliance with Safer London, St Giles Trust and the Anna Freud Centre to deliver on their Children and Young People’s Violence and Exploitation and Reduction support service. The commission will run from June 2024 for three years. As part of this, an additional service will be set up within the NHYC Youth Justice team specifically to deliver on the Alliance contract. The Services Manager will be the key operational lead for the Alliance, and oversee successful delivery of housing casework services to young people fleeing violence and exploitation who are referred in. You should have experience of working in services that support young people fleeing violence or who are impacted by the criminal justice system, and have a solid understanding of housing options for young people under 25. You should be exceptionally well organised and have excellent partnership management skills.

The individual will have significant involvement in the strategic vision of the organisation as a whole. With a broad portfolio, the role combines both operational and strategic elements and must be able to flex up and down accordingly. 

We are looking for an expert who can bring their enthusiasm and knowledge of autistic learners to join our team as our Aspirations Manager. You will be an effective leader, with school experience and QTS, who can inspire staff and our learners on their pathways to greater independence.

This role is a vital member of the Senior Management Team supporting the Chief Executive to make strategic decisions as well as contributing to the areas of Human Resources and Health and Safety to ensure Red2Green runs effectively.

 Key duties and responsibilities of the role:

· Leads the Aspirations Service in a way that reflects the overarching strategy of the organisation via action plans, effective leadership of staff, sound communications and personal example

• Provides leadership and line management to Aspirations staff, including objective setting, performance management and the appraisal process, delegating the process where necessary and ensuring all Red2Green procedures for this are followed

· Creates and oversees a personalised service for clients that reflects the wider landscape within the county and the sector, with the intention that Red2Green and the Aspirations Service is an industry leader for Autism Services.

· Oversees all Education Provision for those at Red2Green with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP)

· Organises, attends and takes a lead at EHCP reviews, writes EHCP offers and provides professional reports when needed

· Works as Deputy Designated Safeguard Lead (DDSL) alongside the Options Manager, and Chief Executive

• Builds professional relationships with other agencies, provisions and professionals
• Builds good relationships with learners’ families/carers to make sure that they are involved (as appropriate) in developing learners’ skills and abilities

Person specification:

You will have:

· Experience teaching autistic learners and a good understanding of the complexities that come from having more than one diagnosis

• Experience of working with people with learning disabilities
• Experience of leading staff

· Knowledge and Understanding of Education Health Care Plans

· Understanding of safeguarding duty

· Qualification for teaching (adults or QTS)
