Principle Tasks and Key Responsibilities:

Working closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, and the team, you will lead on developing and managing creative art programmes, projects, activities, and events.

Maintain and develop relationships among key partner organisations,local businesses, creatives, and host steering group meetings to develop new ideas and plans to progress and enhance the organisation, building communication and providing regular feedback.

Work with the CEO to develop annual organisational and project budgets, and manage ongoing programme budgets to ensure they are delivered as agreed within set budgets and timescales.

Research, implement and monitor programme and project plans, liaising with collaborators, partners, the community and artists.

Produce reports to ensure that relevant stakeholders are fully and consistently informed and updated about the progress of creative projects.

CST Client Advisor
Role:
As a CST Client Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients transitioning from military to civilian life by providing tracking, referral, and job matching services. Working closely with the CST team, you will offer advice and guidance to both clients and employers, utilising ADAPT and the CTP jobs board (RightJob). The Mencap Community and Events Team has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, motivated and passionate fundraiser, dedicated to raising as much funds as possible to help make the UK the best place to live for people with a learning disability to join our team as Senior Community Fundraising Manager covering England and Wales.
Covering the England and Wales the Community Fundraising Manager will be responsible for managing various income streams across the Community portfolio working closely with the wider team.

Job Summary
The Haringey Community Alliance Manager is responsible for leading the development of the VCS Capacity Building strategy and the effective co-ordination of the Community Alliance team which includes a Communications and Engagement Officer, a Workplace Development Manager, and a Capacity Building Manager.
We envisage the Haringey Community Alliance Manager performing at either a primarily operational level or, for a more experienced candidate, at both operational and strategic levels. Operationally, the postholder will have specific management responsibility for co-developing priorities for local VCS funding and capacity building, as well as the Volunteer Centre and wider VCS community of practice. Strategically, the role would include a wider contribution to the strategic management and development of Public Voice, supporting the CEO as required. - Have a sound knowledge around the safeguarding of the young people that we support.
- A good standard of written English and IT skills would be essential, you will be writing reports and keeping record of the Children and Young Peoples progress.

Head of Wellbeing and Grants – The Solicitors’ Charity
We’re looking for a Head of Wellbeing and Grants to provide collaborative leadership to the Wellbeing and Grants Team and its operations, which are the centre of the Charity’s core charitable activities. As well as running a personal caseload, you’ll work with the team to develop a systematic approach/methodology to case management practice and review, rooted in case management best practice.
Salary c£56,500 to c£63,500 rising to c£57,500 to £64,500 after a 6-month probationary period. The point on these salary ranges at which you will be paid is dependent on your location.
Flexible working arrangements are possible, including homeworking with occasional attendance in person at meetings, largely in central London. Most staff work from home, though we also have an office in southwest London (SW12).
The Head of Wellbeing and Grants role
We have recently agreed our strategy for 2024-2026 and one of the focus areas will be, with the CEO and others, to ensure the successful implementation of the 3-year Strategy, focussing on the Wellbeing and Grants aspects of the strategic aims.
As holder of this senior role, you will lead in collaboratively designing and implementing a consistent methodology for, and systematic approach to, new and existing clients contacting the Charity. You’ll also ensure that the tools and technology used to do this are in place, used consistently and reviewed regularly. As well as management oversight of the Wellbeing and Grants Team, you will also hold a personal caseload and be expected to support Case Managers with particularly challenging cases.
We’re looking for someone with at least 10 years’ experience in casework practice in a client support or advice setting dealing with conversations with people with complex needs and sometimes in distress. And with at least 3-5 years’ experience in leading/managing a client support function like casework or grants/awards team.
Other key demonstrable skills and experience include having completed other relevant qualifications/training and courses in the sphere of advice and support work e.g. counselling, case management practice, therapeutic approaches et al.

Main duties and Responsibilities
