In this role, they will build and maintain therapeutic, person-centred relationships with young adults (18–25) who are transitioning from CAMHS or accessing mental health services for the first time. They will support clients in developing recovery-focused goals, encouraging engagement in services, community life, and personal development, while also providing emotional and practical assistance during this transition. This includes accompanying clients to appointments, meetings, or community activities where additional support is needed. They will work collaboratively with carers, families, and professionals to ensure a holistic, integrated approach to care and sustained community inclusion. The role also involves facilitating access to local community resources and opportunities aligned with clients' interests and wellbeing goals, as well as identifying and helping to develop new partnerships and services that promote mental health and reduce inequalities. They will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all interactions, support plans, assessments, and outcomes in line with data protection and service standards. Monitoring client wellbeing, addressing emerging risks, and escalating safeguarding or crisis concerns as necessary will also be key responsibilities. Additionally, they will participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training to support professional development and continuous service improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a GCSE-level education with an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, and be willing to complete BEH Peer Worker Training and a Wellness at Work plan. A Health or Social Care qualification and ongoing training commitment are desirable. They will have lived experience of mental health challenges and secondary care use, along with supportive life experiences that inspire others. Experience in support roles, teamwork, and knowledge of recovery tools and principles is essential, as is an awareness of issues like stigma and discrimination. Desirable experience includes psychiatric hospital admission, mentoring, working in public or voluntary sectors, cross-organisational collaboration, and knowledge of local mental health services. Strong written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills are required, along with basic IT proficiency; skills in Microsoft Office or additional languages are a plus. The candidate should be motivated, reliable, flexible, and resilient, with clear professional boundaries.

Together for Short Lives is a charity that ensures seriously ill children and their families receive the care they need, especially at the end of life. We work closely with families, care professionals, and services to improve children’s palliative care. About the Role

The Family Support Hub Officer will help us to deliver our programme of work for children’s health and social care services to improve and expand the range of support that they can offer to families.

Please note this role is home based but it will be necessary to occasionally travel to Together for Short Lives' Bristol Office and to other locations across the UK.

About the role

They will hold a caseload of service users, acting as a key point of contact and contributing to care planning, progress monitoring, and discharge support, using the RiO clinical records system. Working collaboratively with service users, they will co-develop person-centred recovery plans that prioritise social goals and community integration. Building strong therapeutic relationships using trauma-informed and strength-based approaches, they will support individuals in achieving personal recovery goals. The role includes helping service users access local resources, attend appointments, and engage in wellbeing activities, peer support, and psychoeducational groups. Our team of Regional Communications Officers support Emmaus communities and groups to increase their profile and engage supporters. You will work closely with up to four Emmaus charities to identify their communications needs, plan and deliver work to help achieve their goals.

Within this hybrid role, you can be based at home or in an Emmaus community. A leading London-based cancer charity is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join them for a 12-month fixed-term contract (with potential for permanent thereafter). This well-known charity plays a vital role in funding cancer research, providing support for patients across a range of programme areas as well as leading in campaigning and advocacy work.

The Finance Business Partner role will support the organisation in the provision of accurate management information to key budget-holder groups for the charity. Key duties will be as follows:

• Prepare reporting and key financial information, including forecasts and budgets, for key directorates
• Oversight of the management accounts for your programme areas
• Work closely with non-finance budget-holders to advise on in-year budgets and re-forecasts
• Develop relevant reports and templates or budget-holder training to improve budget-holder experience and financial acumen
• Working in partnership with the wider finance business partnering team to identify best practice and improved ways or working where appropriate

About You

• Qualified accountant (CCAB or equivalent)
• Non-qualified candidates with significant experience in finance business partnering may also be experience

Refugee Week is seeking a freelance Social Media Manager to lead the development and delivery of our social media presence in the lead-up to and during Refugee Week 2026. Working closely with the Refugee Week team, you will help shape and tell the story of Refugee Week over the year - inspiring people to take part, building our digital profile, and growing our online community.

This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organised, and confident in digital storytelling, with an interest in social change, arts and culture, and refugee rights.

Refugee Week is coordinated by Counterpoints Arts, a leading national organisation in the field of arts, migration, and cultural change. We are based in Hoxton, London, and work both nationally and internationally.

Key responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Management

• Develop and implement a clear social media strategy for Refugee Week
• Manage Refugee Week social media channels, including day-to-day posting, reshares, replies, and community engagement
• Generate creative content ideas and oversee year-round storytelling across platforms
• Grow our presence on underused or new channels
• Monitor performance and provide insights on reach, engagement, and growth

Content Creation

• Produce engaging assets (e.g. reels, graphics, promotional materials) for key moments such as the Refugee Week Conference

• Support with copywriting for posts, campaigns, and announcements

Essential:
