We are looking for a Team Manager to support the Senior Operations Delivery Manager in this full-time, hybrid working role.
Position: Team Manager
Location: Leatherhead with hybrid/home working and travel across Surrey
Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: £34,628.00 (per annum)
Contract: Permanent

The Role
As the Team Manager, you will support the Senior Operations Delivery Manager in leading the GPimhs Community Connectors, Recovery & Connect and Social Prescribing services, managing approximately 10 – 12 staff and ensuring safe, high-quality, recovery-focused service delivery.

About You
We are looking for someone with either a relevant management qualification or equivalent experience, with:
- Experience of managing multidisciplinary services and staff.
- Experience of safeguarding, risk management and incident management.
- Knowledge of mental health, recovery and community-based services.
- Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills.
- Experience working with statutory and voluntary sector partners.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database systems.
- The ability to travel across Surrey and work flexibly.

About the Organisation
The charity is a mental health and emotional wellbeing charity, supporting Surrey residents since 1994 in Banstead, Elmbridge, Epsom & Ewell and Mole Valley.
Offering a variety of face-to-face and online services, available to adults (aged 16+) living in Surrey who would like to restore and/or maintain their mental and emotional wellbeing (no diagnosis needed). The services are free of charge, with no waiting list and no time limit.
