Facilities and Estates Manager - Church & Property Portfolio

We are excited to be recruiting to this Facilities and Estates Manager role. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for upkeep of the iconic Grade II* heritage church of Notre Dame de France and its other properties. The role coordinates planned and reactive maintenance, compliance activities, contractors, statutory inspections, fire safety, security and facilities-related expenditure. It also manages the other properties let to domestic and commercial tenants and will support the planned major refurbishment of the neighbouring parish centre.

Notre Dame de France is a vibrant community of priests, sisters, staff, parishioners and volunteers who between them offer some 20 ministries across a range of areas including service to the homeless, to refugees and supporting the spiritual needs of single people, couples, and families.
