About the role
Reporting to the Director of Fundraising, you will take ownership of RBVE’s corporate fundraising portfolio, strengthening supporter engagement and building long‑term value. You will champion corporate fundraising as a key driver of the charity’s income growth, ensuring the team delivers exceptional performance and meets stretching income goals.

About You
You will be an experienced Payroll professional able to work with limited supervision and support.

You will prepare all statutory returns and forms for all payrolls including RTI returns and FPS/EPS returns as well as the of year end procedure on Sage and producing and issuing P60s.
Remuneration for this role will be up to £44,956. There will be a four-month probationary period. The post holder will be eligible for a bonus every year and free lunch in College on working days. Training and Support

About the role
The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of The Brilliant Club’s HR operations. Sitting within a wider HR team, this role is primarily focused on delivering high quality administrative support across the employee lifecycle, particularly in relation to attraction, recruitment, selection, onboarding and offboarding activity.
Working closely with the HR Director and wider HR team, the HR Coordinator will help ensure that HR processes are delivered efficiently, consistently and with excellent attention to detail. The role will involve maintaining accurate employee records within our HR system (Personio), coordinating recruitment administration, supporting compliance processes and assisting with a range of people-related activities across the organisation.
Alongside core HR administration, the HR Coordinator will also have the opportunity to support wider HR and organisational projects, including elements of equality, diversity and inclusion work, process improvement initiatives and systems development. At times, the role may also involve supporting related administrative activity connected to our tutor workforce and wider operations processes.
This role would suit someone with strong organisational and administrative skills who thrives in a fast paced, detail-oriented environment and enjoys balancing multiple priorities. We are looking for someone who is proactive, flexible and willing to get stuck into a broad range of work, including opportunities that may sit slightly outside of their immediate remit in order to support their own development and the wider team.
Prior HR experience is not essential, however a genuine interest in HR, people, culture and organisational development is strongly encouraged and desirable. What You’ll Do
You will support and guide volunteers, ensuring they are well trained and equipped to deliver high-quality support in their communities. The role also involves developing new outreach approaches, working with partners, and targeting areas or groups with the greatest need.
You’ll act as the organisation’s outreach expert—shaping future strategy, maintaining standards across the UK and Ireland, and advising senior leaders. Working closely with internal teams and regional leads, you’ll help sustain and grow outreach services, particularly during periods of change, while ensuring everything aligns with Samaritans’ mission and values.

You’ll be skilled at supporting and motivating volunteers, especially through periods of change, and able to balance people-focused leadership with practical delivery.

Contract: Permanent

About the Role
The core purpose of the challenge events coordinator role is to plan and deliver a portfolio of established challenge events to generate income, engage our supporters and raise awareness of SIA’s wider work. Working closely with the philanthropy and events manager, this role will help to grow, diversify, and sustain fundraising income as part of the wider business development team, feeding into the 2030 strategy.
SIA’s vision is a fulfilled life for everyone affected by spinal cord injury with the aim to double the number of members accessing our network of services – this role connects companies and individuals with our work providing a platform to engage the public with our cause. The plays a key part in developing innovative, cost-effective, fundraising opportunities that will appeal to supporters, ensuring they are financially, actively, and emotionally engaged with SIA.
SIA delivers an array of challenge events including the London Marathon, accessible adventure challenge, overseas bike ride and superhero triathlon alongside support for individuals who choose to support SIA through their own sponsored challenge. We continually review and update our portfolio of events to ensure we offer a range of appealing, inclusive and innovative events. The challenge events coordinator will play a vital part in developing and shaping our future events with the guidance of the philanthropy and events manager.
