Driving and developing funding proposals and stewardship reports to an excellent standard in collaboration with science engagement colleagues
Maximising gift opportunities to deliver against agreed targets and objectives. Providing regular reporting and metrics against goals to support portfolio reviews and ensure the portfolio remains on track to deliver organisational goals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at the Francis Crick Institute and CRUK, including academics, researchers, and institutional leaders along with our philanthropy services and science engagement teams.
What skills are we looking for?
Extensive experience of successfully soliciting gifts from trusts and foundation at five and six-figure level.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate complex environments and competing priorities.
Proven track record of trust and foundation fundraising in the not-for-profit sector, ideally in a research environment and/or large organisation.
Have a "can do" attitude and a demonstrated ability to problem solve. Ability to apply past experience of trust fundraising to anticipate potential challenges and address them quickly.

JOB SUMMARY:
To assist the Finance team with the day-to-day financial activities of International Medical Corps UK in ensuring appropriate finance management, accounting, control and reporting. The UK finance team, work in close collaboration with the finance team of our affiliate International Medical Corps based in LA and Split.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Appropriate and timely processing of accounts payable function;
• Responding to payment requests using BACS and international transfers as appropriate
• Timely disbursement of staff expenses;
• Set-up payments in the bank account in relation to UK suppliers and employees;
• Prepare vouchers for Foreign exchange transfers;
• Tracing foreign exchange settlements and flag outstanding settlements;
• Ensure uploading documents on Onbase Scanning and filing of bank statements, bank reconciliation, monthly folders for transactions during the month, third party documents and correspondence.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

- AAT qualified, ACCA, CIMA entry level;
- Proficient in using data analysis tools in excel for reports etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word Package;
- Prior experience of using ERM or accounting packages;
- The ability to communicate clearly and concisely, and formulate messages in an engaging way.
- The ability to effectively analyse complex problems and suggest solution that would have positive impact on International Medical Corps needs
- Proficiency in English

About the role
We're looking for a highly motivated and skilled Bid Manager who can actively craft commercial tender submissions and work with the team to ensure we submit high-quality, winning bids within UK government procurement rules.

Job Summary
Working with communications and fundraising colleagues, the Celebrity & Influencer Relations Manager will attract, engage and develop new and existing relationships with high profile individuals to enhance our external brand and create and share compelling stories about St John and our work.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Significant experience of working closely with high-profile individuals and talent managers to deliver meaningful engagement.
- Previous experience of successfully creating and executing a strategy for enhancing a brand through engaging celebrities and high-profile individuals
- Experience of utilising audience insight and landscape awareness to identify suitable celebrities/influencers to enhance our brand development.
- Experience of working within the not-for-profit sector
- A collaborative, creative style with excellent written and verbal communication skills
About the Role
- Lead the implementation of a celebrity strategy and engagement plan to establish, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with high profile individuals
- Work with the Brand & Communications and Fundraising teams to proactively identify and grow relationships with talent that broadens our reach as a charity
- Develop creative concepts which can be used to engage celebrities and amplify their involvement across multiple channels and platforms. Draft briefing notes for celebrities, quotes and press releases about their activity.
- Review existing relationships with high profile supporters and assess where there are opportunities to leverage these relationships to help deliver St John strategic messages.
- Develop and participate in a network of counterparts at other charities to maintain a focus on continual improvement and innovation within this field in relation to high profile supporters and upskill St John People to spot opportunities for celebrity engagement.

About the role
We're looking for a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Manager with a passion for relationship building and service sales. Someone who can actively engage and work with our existing client portfolio and win new business through formal tendering opportunities to ensure VoiceAbility remains a provider of choice.
In this new role, you will sit in the Business and Strategy directorate working proactively with external stakeholders and colleagues from across the organisation to ensure that we grow our portfolio of contracts, re-win existing business and advise clients of new services. You will be doing a mixture of new business sales and account management of existing services.
This position is a full-time, 35 hours a week, permanent contract with a starting salary between £39,000 - £46,500 per annum depending on skills and experience. About the role
We seek a Head of Operations who will play a pivotal role in overseeing various aspects of our London Higher’s operations, including human resources, governance and compliance, IT, finance, and administrative functions. Working closely with the CEO and senior management team (SMT), you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our day-to-day operations and external events, while contributing to the strategic planning and growth of the organisation.

Who are we looking for?
We seek someone experienced in a broad operational role, ideally from a similar-sized small organisation. Whilst you don’t have to be an HR professional/expert or be HR qualified, we require a proven track record in managing HR functions. Equally, you don’t have to be a qualified finance professional, but we do need someone with strong financial acumen. We need someone who can demonstrate the ability to oversee IT needs in conjunction with IT support consultants, and someone who can do board meetings and other administrative tasks, such as preparing agendas and minutes.
You will be experienced in coordinating small-scale events and managing operational logistics, such as venue booking, catering arrangements, and attendee management. You will come with flexibility and adaptability to navigate the unique challenges and opportunities faced by a small organisation, being able to roll up your sleeves, whilst also being able to think strategically and contribute to the organisation's short-term and long-term planning processes.

Our client, a leading London University are currently looking to recruit a temporary Exams Support Assistant on a full-time basis (35 hours per week). The post will be looking to start as soon as possible and will run until the 24th of May.
This post will take on a variety of tasks associated with script delivery, including printing, and packing of scripts/materials and tracking them on the delivery logs. There may also be light invigilation/admin duties to undertake if working from ExCel.
