Service Coordinator

Hours Per Week: 37.5 Hours per week

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm

Work Base: Site based with travel

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Cheltenham Accommodation based Service as a Service Coordinator.

In this role you will lead the day-to-day delivery of a high-quality person-centred service, working alongside a dedicated team, you will create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment where people feel valued, respected and empowered to achieve their goals.

You will provide leadership and guidance to colleagues, build strong partnerships with local agencies and champion innovative approaches that improve outcomes for the people we support. We are looking for a highly motivated, confident and proactive person with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage challenging situations.

The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence. Please note, this post is subject to an enhanced check made by the Disclosure & Barring Services, paid for by P3.
