We are looking for someone with great communication and project development skills to join us as a LiveLife Project Coordinator. Joining a busy and highly effective team, this role will help deliver two major programmes of work for Lingen Davies. With a primary focus on cancer awareness raising to address health inequalities (early diagnosis, cancer screening and prevention), we use a range of activities and settings to effectively engage with the public and target communities. This work is focussed in the following areas:

• Cancer Champions Project (focus on Telford). Working in partnership colleagues, along with NHS Shropshire Telford &Wrekin, and Qube, to deliver and maintain the Telford component of the project.
• LiveLife community cancer awareness programme. Our Lingen Davies community health promotion initiative, bringing cancer awareness to communities across the region.

About the role

The Operations Manager sits at the very heart of TLG, working closely with the Executive Director to turn vision into reality and ensure the organisation runs smoothly at every level. The role

This is a dual-focus role sitting right at the heart of how we deliver our impact. You'll lead our volunteer programme nationally; recruiting, training and supporting the coaches and volunteers who deliver our programmes, while also overseeing programme delivery across our London partner schools.

On the volunteer side, you'll manage the full volunteer journey from recruitment and DBS checks through to training, engagement and retention, and act as our organisation's DBS Lead. On the delivery side, you'll coordinate and deliver MyBigCareer programmes in London, acting as a key relationship holder for school partners and ensuring young people receive consistently high-quality careers guidance and employability support.

This is a hands-on role for someone equally comfortable with strategic coordination and direct delivery, who thrives in a close-knit, values-led small team.

About you

You'll bring experience in volunteer management, programme coordination or a similar role, ideally in the charity or education sector. You'll be a confident communicator, a natural relationship builder, and someone who cares deeply about equity and social mobility.

Essential experience and skills include:

• Experience managing or coordinating volunteers, ideally in a charity, education or community setting
• Experience coordinating or delivering programmes or projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Confidence delivering workshops, training or presentations to groups
• Sound understanding of safeguarding principles
• Competent with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and CRM systems

Desirable:

Lifecentre is a charity providing specialist therapeutic services to survivors of rape and sexual abuse. We work from three in-person locations across West Sussex, as well as online and by telephone or email.

We are looking for an experienced therapist, ideally accredited (or working towards accreditation) with BACP, UKCP, BAPT or ACC. Management and safeguarding experience is desirable.

You will be competent in trauma work with people who have experienced rape or sexual abuse and able to demonstrate a solid foundation in delivering three-phase trauma therapy.

• Pre-trial therapy training (for successful candidates)

* Applicants for the remote delivery role please note: Although Lifecentre already delivers therapy online successfully, we are exploring opportunities to expand our use of remote-only therapists to sustainably increase our clinical capacity. The successful candidate will initially be offered a closed caseload of 10 clients. Following completion of this caseload, we will review the arrangement and consider continuation.

Oxford Hospitals Charity is seeking an enthusiastic, collaborative and organised candidate to join Oxford Hospitals Charity and make a real difference to patients and staff of the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

This part-time maternity cover role is up to 30 hours per week, worked across our operating hours Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

We are seeking an Access to Justice (A2J) Coordinator to coordinate the provision of vital diagnostic immigration advice for vulnerable migrants. The role will coordinate the diagnostic advice appointment pathway from start to finish. This includes:

• Receiving, processing and triaging new enquiries for support
• Working with the Immigration Team to identify appropriate cases to be offered diagnostic advice
• Coordinating advice appointments with specialist external advisors and confirming the appointment details with the person receiving advice
• Disseminating written advice notes from the Advisors
• Coordinating follow-up actions, including referral into HMC’s Immigration Team for casework support (approx. 40% of people who access diagnostic advice are provided with onward support by HMC) or providing appropriate signposting for those we cannot offer long term support.

At Community Connections Lewisham we are passionate about helping Lewisham residents (aged 18+) improve their health and wellbeing through discovering what exists in their own community, and becoming more able to access it. We aim to tackle the problems of social isolation and loneliness by using a person-centred approach. Partnership Coordinators are the face of the Community Connections Lewisham team. They provide valuable support to both clients and professionals by running the phoneline, giving guidance and advice on a wide range of topics by referring or signposting to relevant services that are available in the community. They play a crucial role in the triaging, coordination and effective administration of the entire Community Connections project and acting as a front door service to the rest of the voluntary sector.

This is an opportunity to join Refuge as a Floating Support Worker to provide high quality practical and emotional support to survivors of domestic abuse and their children living in our dispersed refuge accommodation in Warwickshire. This service will provide emergency accommodation across Warwickshire with high-quality domestic abuse support, ‘by-and-for’ services for survivors of domestic abuse and their children. 

The post holder will provide high quality support and safety planning to survivors and their children who are fleeing domestic abuse. This includes enabling survivors to access housing, welfare, benefits and legal advice.  A key requirement is to provide personal welfare support and to ensure that survivors are provided with a safe, supportive and welcoming environment in accordance with Refuge’s philosophical principles.

The Floating Support Worker (FSW) will carry a caseload of survivors of domestic abuse to enable them to provide a more holistic and intensive support package. They will work closely with survivors from the point of crisis through to move on from the emergency accommodation. FSWs will work in partnership with both statutory and voluntary sector partners to ensure that the whole range of survivors’ needs are met.

As part of this role, you will be required to participate in an out-of-hours on call rota.
