We are looking for a Garden Coordinator to nurture our award-winning urban rooftop garden. This part-time role is perfect for someone with a green thumb, a heart for education, and a knack for community engagement.

The ideal candidate: With experience in gardening and food growing you will have experience in building the skills and confidence of others in these areas.  You have great organisational and time-management skills, in order to run our Gardening Trainee Scheme. You may also have experience in delivering relevant accredited qualifications related to horticulture and food growing. 

Garden Maintenance and Development
• Ensure the rooftop garden is well-maintained, attractive and productive year-round.
• Develop and deliver seasonal planting plans, including food-growing for use in Providence Row’s kitchen.
• Manage garden budgets, materials and equipment responsibly.
• Oversee health & safety in the garden, ensuring safe practice for clients, volunteers and visitors.

Learning and Client Engagement
• Facilitate the Gardening Trainee Scheme, supporting participants to gain skills, confidence and progression opportunities.
• Deliver structured learning sessions and contribute to accredited training programmes.
• Support trainees with portfolio development and evidence gathering where required.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure clients with complex needs can engage meaningfully and safely in gardening activities.

Volunteers and Partnerships
• Supervise and support individual volunteers in the garden.
• Facilitate corporate volunteer challenges and group sessions.
• Work closely with the Catering team to align food-growing with kitchen needs.

Monitoring and Reporting
• Collect and share monitoring information with the Progression & Training Manager.
• Contribute to reports for funders, partners and stakeholders.

Other
• Occasionally contribute to organisation-wide events and activities.

Job Title: Field Care Supervisor 

Location: South East London. The role is around 70% based within the community visiting participants and staff, then some home working and central office days in Islington as required. Kindly be aware that step free access is not available at our central office, and some of our other services. 

Salary: £28,200 - Full time Equivalent

We provide person centred care and support to our participants within the community, homes, and residential properties. We support vulnerable adults to live more independently, offering friendly outreach that helps with housing, daily living, and building self reliance.

• Be supporting the establishment of supporting staff and participants, doing assessments, working with partners, and helping ensure everything runs smoothly by carrying out quality checks.

About the role

The Grants Officer will join our small, hardworking, friendly team and will be responsible for overseeing the monthly grants programme. They will support the Director in collating the board papers for each of the three annual Trustees’ meetings. They will also be expected to help assess the large and medium grant applications that go through to the Trustees’ meetings. The new Grants Officer will be asked to visit charities and projects, which will entail travel across England and Wales. The new Grants Officer will also maintain the grants database, be responsible for updating the new website and be the first port of call for any grant application enquiries.

About you

This role would suit a range of candidates and we are open to candidates without direct grant making experience but the successful candidate will need a demonstrable understanding and knowledge of the grants world. We are particularly keen to hear from people who have energy, enthusiasm, good communication and relationship building skills and experience and confidence with databases. An understanding of how to read charity accounts would be a bonus but training will be provided for the chosen candidate. MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

The role feeds into our Major Donor and Corporate income streams. Philanthropy & Partnerships is a real area of expertise for Noah’s Ark, with much scope for further growth.

The Corporate Partnerships Manager will work in close collaboration with the Philanthropy & Partnerships Manager and build a cohesive way of working to ensure that we are maximising impact for the charity and its beneficiaries.

Purpose - The Corporate Partnerships Manager works with the Head of Philanthropy & Partnerships, steward existing relationships, and develop a healthy corporate prospects pipeline in order to achieve agreed income targets.  The role is also key in delivering our special events and campaigns in collaboration with our Special Events Manager. This includes our annual matched-funding campaign, The Winter Ball and the Noah’s Ark Golf Day – which most recently raised £1m, £400,000 and £104,000 respectively.

We’re looking to grow our Fundraising Team to expand and strengthen fundraising opportunities for our community. Are you the Fundraising Administrator we need to support our amazing fundraisers and help drive lasting change?

Endometriosis impacts the physical and mental health of 10% of women and those assigned female at birth, from puberty to menopause - although the impact may be felt for life. Yet it’s a disease most people have never heard of, do not understand and currently has no cure. It takes on average, almost nine years to receive a diagnosis in the UK, leaving many living in pain and without answers.

As the UK’s leading charity for all those affected by endometriosis, we’re determined to change this and ensure that everyone gets prompt diagnosis and the best treatment and support. We have big ambitions in our strategy, focused on raising awareness, better supporting those with endometriosis, driving down diagnosis times, and campaigning for improved treatments and access to services, all possible thanks to the incredible efforts and generosity of our supporters. Last year, almost 70% of our income was from public donations and fundraising, which is incredible. Our goal is to make every supporter feel valued while growing diverse and sustainable income streams. It’s a big challenge for a small team, and that’s where you come in.

Endometriosis UK is looking for a highly motivated Fundraising Administrator to join our busy fundraising team and help support our growth. This will include working across Community Fundraising, Individual Giving, Trusts &Grants, and our Endometriosis Friendly Employer scheme, by providing administrative and logistical support. Whilst you will not need specific experience in all these areas, you will enjoy working with people, be organised, enthusiastic, and proactive, with a willingness to learn.

At Ambitious about Autism we're currently looking for a Data and Insights Officer to join our National Services team.

You'll focus on the collection, analysis and reporting of data from National Services programmes, projects and services. You'll use systems and tools to effectively capture and store data and information, enabling effective reporting and insight. You'll provide advice and support to the Product Development Manager and Deputy Director of National Services.

You'll support National Services teams with the development of KPI and data collection  routes and support with maintenance, troubleshooting and creative problem solving to ensure accuracy and efficiency. You'll create detailed reports and dashboards for use by teams, managers and leaders at agreed time points.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience of using statistical tools and techniques to manage and analyse data
• Ability to translate the essence of complex data into language or formats others will understand

Shout Out UK (SOUK) is a UK-based award-winning political and media literacy organisation with nearly a decade of experience in delivering impactful educational campaigns. Our mission is to defend and amplify democracy by equipping individuals with the critical thinking skills needed to navigate the complex information landscape and engage as informed, active citizens. We have a strong track record of working with educators and young people across various contexts, and we are the secretariat for the UK’s All-Party Parliamentary Group for Political and Media Literacy.

The Position:

You will be joining our small, passionate NGO to manage our programme implementation and delivery. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be tasked with managing the distribution and delivery of our programmes. This will involve ensuring KPIs are met within budget and on time, larger projects may be handled by you directly at times. Programmes can vary from delivery of media literacy workshops in schools, counter extremism training in PRUs to city-wide democratic engagement campaigns.

The applicant needs to be motivated, interested in counter-extremism and passionate about Political & Media Literacy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deliver on our diverse projects 

• Coordinate our UK and US based delivery teams.

• Ensuring projects hit required KPIs on time and within budget.

• Tracking project expenses and improving efficiency of output.

• Run key projects yourself as required.

• Recruit, coordinate and support schools and teachers across the UK to take on our political and media literacy workshops and projects.

As Partnerships Officer, you will play a central role in managing high-quality relationships with Martingale’s growing network of partners, while also supporting the governance and operational functions of the organisation. Working closely with the CEO, senior leadership, and our existing Partnerships Officer, you will help ensure that funders, supporters, and mission-aligned organisations feel valued, engaged, and recognised for their contribution to Martingale’s success.

A key part of your role will be to strengthen relationships with funders and university partners, building long-term commitment to Martingale’s mission. You will manage relationships with multiple departments across our ten partner universities, coordinating internally to ensure these partnerships run smoothly. Alongside this, you will support the operation of Martingale’s key governance bodies, including the Advisory Board, Student Advisory Board, Academic Advisory Committee and Scholarship Selection Committee, ensuring timely communications, accurate records, and positive engagement with members. You will also lead on partnerships with aligned charities that connect our Scholars to earlier stages of the STEM pipeline.

You will be responsible for communications and reporting across our supporter network, ensuring partnerships are effective and mutually beneficial. We are looking for a strong communicator with experience in partnership management and external relations. You may have demonstrated this through cross-organisational projects, even if it was not your primary role. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on the delivery of the partner relations strategy, working with our 40+ partners to effectively build long-term successful relationships. In collaboration with the CEO, you will support new and existing funders, in-kind supporters, partner charities, and Ambassadors, ensuring they feel valued, informed and connected to Martingale’s mission.
• Strengthen and deepen relationships with partners through a structured and personalised programme of engagement, recognition, and reporting, including invitations to events throughout the academic year.
• Oversight of all university partnerships, including reporting, communications, and course confirmations. This will include working closely with all Martingale staff for effective management of key partnership contacts across development offices, multiple departments, and doctoral programmes.
• Oversee the smooth running of Martingale’s governance bodies, building on the existing governance framework to ensure continuity across the different groups.
• Liaise with the team to maintain accurate records of both financial and in-kind contributions.
• Lead on the development and delivery of the annual impact report, alongside bespoke reports for funders as appropriate.
• Accurate record keeping of partnership engagement on Martingale’s CRM.
• Build a range of case studies on Scholars, partner universities, funders, and other supporters to strengthen Martingale’s messaging to new funders.
