We're looking for caring, positive and reliable people to join our support teams in rewarding Full-Time (37.5 hours) and Part-Time (22.5 hours) Care Support Worker roles.

As a Care Support Worker, you'll support people to live independently, develop life skills, build confidence, access their communities, and achieve personal goals. Every day is different, and you'll play a vital role in helping individuals lead fulfilling lives while providing encouragement, practical support, and companionship.

Available Opportunities

Full-Time Care Support Worker (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £26,228 per year
Female applicants only. This position is based within an all-women's service and is exempt under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.

Part-Time Care Support Worker (22.5 hours per week)
Salary: £15,737 per year
Open to all applicants.

• Helping people access education, activities, appointments and their local community
• Building positive, trusting relationships
• Promoting a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment
• Working as part of a supportive team to deliver person-centred support

What We're Looking For

• A caring, compassionate and positive attitude
• A full UK manual driving licence (essential)
• Flexibility to work on a rota basis, including weekends and some night shifts
• A willingness to learn and develop
• No previous care experience required as full training will be provided
