Job description

Join Peabody and play a key role in delivering services that make a real difference across Greenwich and Bexley. We're looking for a proactive, community-focused professional to build partnerships, deliver impactful programmes and help create stronger, healthier communities.

In this varied role, you'll work with residents, schools, health services and community organisations to design and deliver projects that improve outcomes for children, young people and families. You'll use insight and data to demonstrate impact, ensure safeguarding is at the heart of everything you do, and help shape services that reflect local needs.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience delivering programmes for children, young people or families
  • Builds strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
  • Is organised, proactive and confident managing projects
  • Can analyse data and demonstrate impact
  • Is passionate about inclusion, safeguarding and community engagement
