We are looking for a Trust Fundraiser for a well known national health charity, to work in a supportive team of five and secure income from medium-sized grant-giving charitable trusts and foundations.
This is a hybrid role with at least one day a week in the London office.

The Role
Support the Head Of Trust, Senior Trusts Officer and Executive to deliver c£1m team income target.
Provide first class stewardship to a portfolio of mid value donors, seeking to retain them as well as uplift their donations, wherever possible. Current warm pipeline sits c£150k.
Research new trust supporters, build a warm pipeline and submit well written trust proposals to funders for applications c £10-30k value. Targeted income for this role is c£100k.
Work with the case for support lead to support service information requests from fundraising teams and translate them into project briefs and compelling case for support materials.
Maintain accurate, up to date and comprehensive records of trusts on the fundraising database or CRM system (currently Raisers Edge).
The Candidate
Experience of securing gifts of over 10k from trusts.
Experience of maintaining relationships with funders and providing tailored donor care and stewardship plans.
Experience of project-based fundraising and the development of restricted and unrestricted propositions within a fundraising team.
Experience of developing pipelines of trust income and activity.

Carolyn House Service provides housing and support to individuals experiencing mental health issues for up to two years. We promote social inclusion and develop life skills for independent living. We also work with several agencies and organisations in the local area to meet individual customers' needs. We support customers to build confidence in order to empower them to use community resources; we promote healthy lifestyles and wellbeing and offer customers choice and control over the activities they would like to participate in.
The service is staffed 24 hours 7 days a week. All customers referred to the Service are allocated a support worker who will provide guidance and support on a range of issues and help signpost customers to relevant services located in the Redbridge Borough.
The Post holder will be expected to work on a rota basis (Monday - Sunday) and two sleep-ins per week which attracts £30.00 extra pay.The shift patterns are 8.00 am - 4.00pm, 2.00 pm - 10.00 pm and sleep ins.

Context of Role:
Our Head of Young People's Services is a critical, strategic and operational role within Blackburn and Darwen Youth Zone. Our busy team currently helps around 1500 people at any one time and we want to help even more by transforming our service to deliver from multiple venues and make more effective use of the resources we have.
You will lead on and be responsible for the provision of clinical care in our service, ensuring that our standards of care allow clients to achieve their recovery goals. A dynamic leader, you will guide and support clinical staff working within the service, working hand in hand with the service manager to foster a continuous improvement mindset and ensuring that evidence based best clinical practice is delivered in line with national, organisational and local standards.Working in co-production with operational managers, you will lead the continuous development and governance of high quality, effective and safe services within the budget and the contract. Sensory Services by Sight for Surrey has been established for over 100 years and is the major provider of services for people who are Deaf, hard of hearing, blind, partially sighted, and deafblind in Surrey.

Work Context:

Lincolnshire Crisis Service have two houses in the county, one in Boston and another in Lincoln, we provide a range of support for people with mental ill health and both work to a recovery model. We have been operating in the area for a number of years and offer a staffed service to our residents aged 18 and upwards. This role does require you to work varied hours as the service is 24/7 and may include some sleep in shifts, these are paid in addition.

The role
This crucial role will help to strategically grow and develop our income and awareness. - Financial Management: In line with the strategy, produce commentary for annual budgets and monthly reforecasts for review and sign off by Head of Individual Giving and Engagement.
