Job Purpose:
The Project Development Manager will be the main point of contact for the collaboration. They will be responsible for implementing and delivering the project plan, monitoring, evaluations, reporting, all systems and processes, coordinating meetings, etc and for generating income through (mainly) Corporate partnerships but may include some Trusts and High Value individuals. These partners will be with organisations/individuals who would otherwise be outside the reach of any of the three charities individually.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create systems and processes for administering and managing the functions of the partnership.
- Ensure regular project group meetings take place.
- Lead on the promotion of the brand and communications activities in conjunction with the communications experts on the project group.
- Monitor website and social media activity.
- Promote and implement activities to increase the profile of the collaboration.
- Identify, add and manage a pipeline of prospective funders.
- Develop and implement a strategic income generation plan to and achieve annual revenue targets.
- Use the data base to manage reporting, indicator evaluation and to manager GDPR, Gift Aid (where appropriate) etc.
- Regularly report against the agreed KPI’s in the strategic income generation plan.
- Provide fortnightly written updates on activity.
- Identify and pursue prospective partners through research, networking and outreach.
- Develop tailored partnership proposals and pitches that articulate the mutual benefits to potential partners.
- Manage cultivation cycle - qualify, pitch, negotiate and close new business opportunities.
- Steward and renew existing partner relationships through exceptional account management.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop co-branded campaigns, marketing assets and employee engagement initiatives.
- Track and report on fundraising activities including pipeline, projections and results.
- Develop fundraising marketing materials and content for website, social media, etc.
The person:
A highly motivated, organised, goal focused, self-starter with;
- 5+ years of corporate fundraising, sales and/or account management experience

The Institute of Food Science and Technology (IFST) is seeking a new Chief Executive to lead the organisation through the next phase of its growth and development. They will have a broad understanding of the food (or associated) sector (and preferably experience working in the sector). Ideally, the individual will already have experience managing or running a charity, and so will have a practical understanding of charity governance best practice.
With multiple activities from publishing through to professional recognition and from scientific and technical events and communication through to supporting the next generation of talent, the Institute is looking for a leader who can work creatively and yet in a focussed way to ensure all these activities are progressed.
Ideally, they will have previously worked for a professional membership body and are likely to have experience in the food sector.

The main purpose of this role is is to deliver day-to-day facilities and conference/event services. You will be assisting in the building maintenance and support of general facilities requirements. Spectra are looking for an experienced Therapeutic Services Manager and Clinical Lead to lead, develop, coordinate, and represent Spectra’s counselling services internally and externally at Senior Management level. You will ensure delivery of consistent, high-quality counselling across all of Spectra’s teams (Young People, Sexual health, Trans and Non-binary (TNB) people), supporting and empowering our service users, whilst ensuring clinical work is carried out in accordance with BACP ethical guidelines and Spectra’s protocols. You will also conduct some clinical assessments and provide some weekly 1-to-1 counselling/group therapy sessions.

£40,000 - £44,000 FTE per annum according to experience, pro rata for 4 days per week (£32,000 to £35,200). Hybrid working (office in Ladbroke Grove) with 25 days holiday and bank holidays (pro rata), plus a pension scheme.

We're looking for an IT Project Manager to join our Data and IT team. The IT Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation and tracking of assigned IT projects within the charity. You'll be responsible for managing the project team, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and meet quality standards. You'll serve as a liaison between various stakeholders, including clients, internal teams and vendors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. You'll also identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
