The Group Director of Fundraising is a senior organisational leader responsible for driving ambitious, sustainable income growth and strengthening the reputation and external influence of HBFG. The post holder will lead the long-term fundraising and fundraising communications strategy, ensuring alignment with the Group's strategy for impact, and acts as a senior external ambassador to high level stakeholders, donors, and partners. As a core member of the Senior Management Team (SMT) and strategic partner to the CEO, the Group Director has organisational wide responsibility for income generation, external engagement and long-term sustainability.

As Community Services Coordinator you will work as part of a small, tight-knit team, and will facilitate co-production sessions with stakeholders across the lupus community, enabling beneficiaries to design and shape community-based services. The role will involve providing direct support to service users, producing regular reports, and supporting and managing volunteers to provide service resourcing. The organisation is particularly interested in developing their support offering across Northern Ireland and require someone who understands the health landscape and is confident to engage with a range of stakeholders to develop their offering.
This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact across the lupus community. In this role, you will collaborate with Hub representatives internationally to set up successful resource mobilisation functions in selected Hub countries and mobilise new funds directly for them. As the Funding Manager (Hubs), you will play a critical role in this organisation's localisation agenda and strategy. Working with the London based team on a hybrid basis, this 4 day per week role plays a key part in budget-setting, forecasting, financial reporting, and supporting our client's strategic objectives by ensuring compliance, transparency, and efficiency in all financial processes. There will also be some management of day to day finance activities such as the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, and the effective management of accounts payable and robust management accounting.
The successful candidate within this role will be fully qualified with ACCA or AAT. You will be conversant with accounting regulations and recommended practice, charity reporting and PAYE. Experience within housing is also key, as the organisation manages circa 300 houses at any given time.
