Research Assistant

Are you curious, organised and passionate about making a difference through research? Join RiDC as a Research Assistant and help deliver research that improves products, services and public policy for disabled people across the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their research career within one of the UK's leading disability-led research organisations. You will support a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research projects, working alongside experienced researchers to recruit participants, conduct fieldwork, analyse data and produce high-quality reports and insights.

No two days are the same at RiDC. You could be supporting surveys, focus groups, workshops, accessibility testing, mystery shopping exercises or co-design activities with disabled and older consumers. Through this work, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of sectors and issues while helping to ensure that disabled people's experiences shape the decisions that affect their everyday lives.

We're looking for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a genuine interest in research and inclusion. In return, you'll join a supportive and collaborative team, develop valuable research skills, and contribute to work that creates meaningful social impact.
