Supporter Engagement Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our supporter engagement programme and manage a talented team responsible for individual giving, community fundraising, churches, volunteering, in-memory giving and gifts in Wills. You'll drive supporter acquisition, deepen engagement and develop innovative campaigns that inspire people to support our mission.

A key focus of the role will be growing our supporter base and creating exceptional supporter experiences that increase loyalty, lifetime value and long-term income. Combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, you'll use data, insight and creativity to identify new opportunities, strengthen supporter journeys and deliver sustainable fundraising growth.

We're looking for a confident leader with experience in supporter engagement, fundraising or marketing, who is passionate about building relationships, developing people and delivering results.
