About the role
We’re looking for a warm, proactive organiser to help more women seeking sanctuary access our Touching Safe Ground programme — weekly trauma-informed yoga and English for wellbeing sessions in East London. You’ll reach out to asylum hostels, GP surgeries and community and legal services to connect with women who may benefit. You’ll support them in attending, help sessions run smoothly, and manage practicalities like childcare, refreshments and expenses. A key part of the role is also building a brilliant volunteer team — recruiting, supporting and coordinating volunteers who make our sessions possible. You’ll also work closely with the Project Lead and colleagues on outreach, monitoring and partnership-building. This hands-on, local role is perfect if you’re organised, people-focused, and committed to empowering women who have faced hardship or trauma. It’s also a great opportunity to build skills in partnership working, trauma-informed community outreach, and volunteer leadership

What you’ll do

• Reach and engage asylum-seeking, refugee and migrant women across Tower Hamlets
• Build partnerships with GP surgeries, community and legal services, universities and local networks, to create referral pathways
• Welcome and support women at weekly sessions, outings and seasonal events
• Manage relationships with our crèche provider and ensure children’s provision is in place
• Recruit, coordinate and support volunteers (including DBS checks, expenses, and organising annual wellbeing treats)
• Collect impact data sensitively, including quotes, photos and case studies (with informed consent)
• Organise occasional trips and outings
• Support with some admin, monitoring and evaluation tasks, and lead on others
• Represent GCP at local events to raise awareness of our work
• Attend team, project and 1:1 meetings, and take part in GCP’s annual Away Day

Person Specification:

• Experience of developing compelling proposals
• Experience of generating £100k+ income
• Knowledge of issues affecting our client group and the policy landscape

• Good writing and quality assurance skills; this can be demonstrated through having a relevant qualification such as a degree and/or through relevant work/life experience

Join St Mungo’s as an Outreach Coordinator and lead a team dedicated to helping people move away from rough sleeping in Westminster.

The Role

You’ll oversee the daily operations of the Westminster Street Outreach Team, ensuring services are delivered effectively and in line with St Mungo’s values. You’ll manage a team of Outreach Workers, coordinate shift patterns, and ensure every client has a clear route off the streets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team through recruitment, supervision, and development.
• Coordinate outreach shifts based on rough sleeping patterns.
• Oversee client assessments, referrals, and support plans.
• Maintain accurate records using OPAL and ensure high-quality case management.
• Build strong partnerships with local agencies and advocate for clients.
• Ensure service delivery meets contractual and safeguarding standards.

Shift Pattern: Early, late, mid shifts + some weekends

You’ll be a confident, compassionate leader with a flexible and proactive approach, as well as;

• Experience in outreach or team management (or ready to step up from a frontline role).
• Skilled in building relationships and motivating teams.

About You

We are looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. You will have:

• Proven experience in developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and integrations with external systems.
• Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS and good knowledge of MS SQL.
• Ability to write custom workflows, manage UAT processes, and produce technical documentation.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Desirable skills include experience with Business Central, C#/.NET, VBA, and MS Access development.

Camden Art Centre is seeking an experienced Trusts and Foundations Manager to join our dynamic Development Department. This part time role has responsibility for researching and preparing written applications to UK or international grant-giving trusts and foundations, corporate foundations, public-sector or other statutory funders and grant-making bodies. 

The successful candidate will have at least 4 years proven experience of raising funds from trusts and other grant makers, from smaller more project focussed grants to larger programmatic, core and/or capital grants. They will be able to work independently and be comfortable working towards ambitious income targets, as well as work closely with members of the programme and development team to plan and execute high quality and timely applications that support our long-term artistic and charitable aims.
