About the role

Our Mentoring Service Coordinator plays a central role in ensuring that our mentoring support for serving personnel, veterans and families runs smoothly, safely and effectively every day.

This is a key operational position at the heart of our mentoring pathway — the first point of contact for enquiries, a reliable source for guiding cases through the system, and the person ensuring that quality, consistency and safeguarding remain at the forefront of everything we do.

This role is vital in coordinating the entire volunteer journey – from recruitment and onboarding through to training, compliance and offboarding – ensuring every mentor enjoys a positive, well‑supported and consistent experience throughout their time with the service.

You will act on behalf of the Service Manager in day‑to‑day operations and during periods of absence, ensuring continuity and confidence across the service.

About the Team

You will be joining a small, well‑established, and dedicated team covering the whole of the UK. With regular team meetings and a range of communication channels, you will receive ongoing support, training, and mentoring. Although we operate remotely, we are a closely connected team whose collaboration, commitment, and shared purpose drive our success.

About you

You’ll be confident working with sensitive, complex and sometimes emotional situations, drawing on sound knowledge of safeguarding, confidentiality and GDPR to ensure every interaction is handled safely and appropriately. Accuracy matters in this role, so you’ll take pride in maintaining high‑quality data and applying robust quality‑assurance processes to support safe, consistent service delivery.

You will have used Microsoft Office 365 to a high standard. It is important that you have experience of planning and managing your own workload, with minimal supervision.

You’ll have experience of working with volunteers or volunteering yourself, and understand what good volunteer practice looks like — from recruitment and induction through to ongoing support, management and recognition. Strong communication skills will enable you to build positive relationships with a wide range of people, whether internal colleagues, external partners, beneficiaries or volunteers.

There will be some travel required and therefore you will need to be able to drive and have access to your own car.

The Service Desk Analyst is a key role within the Technology function, acting as the first and second line of support for end users across the organisation. The role is focused on delivering a high quality, customer centric support service aligned to ITIL best practice, ensuring incidents and service requests are resolved efficiently, within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and with minimal disruption to business services.

The post holder will play an active part in incident, request, problem and change enablement processes, working collaboratively with internal teams and third party suppliers to restore service quickly, prevent recurrence of issues, and continually improve the end user experience.

The IT Department now executes a mixture of Azure Cloud and 3rd party outsourced IT services, in an entirely new and modern IT infrastructure that utilises the latest technologies. The IT function serves 900 staff in the National Church Institution co-located bodies and aims to adopt common solutions across the NCIs where practical. IT provides a broad range of customer focused IT services such as technical architecture and support, networks, change management, business analysis, project management, Training, Procurement, systems administration and applications hosting.

The Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to join our team as Administration Manager. As Manager of a small team of administration assistants, you will play a crucial role in coordinating administrative support across our Perth and Aberdeen offices, ensuring the smooth running of the organisation by providing support across several of the charity’s functions including fundraising, finance, marketing and operations.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar office or administration management role, ideally within the charity sector. They will be proactive in building positive relationships across the charity and will be confident managing projects, budgets and external suppliers. They will have experience of using CRM systems in a fundraising context, be solutions-focused and have a strong commitment to our mission.

This role will be based from our headquarters at Perth Airport, and occasional travel to our Aberdeen base will be required. SCAA supports flexible and hybrid working arrangements—our current approach typically includes two office days per week for those working on a hybrid basis. The usual hours and days of work will be Monday to Friday, 9am—5pm.

As Helpline Care Navigator (HCN), you will act as the first point of contact for individuals, families and health professionals across the North and North East region.

You will deliver compassionate, person-centred support and clear, practical information via telephone and email, ensuring people affected by PSP & CBD feel heard, informed and supported at every stage of their journey. Alongside direct support, you will actively engage with health and social care professionals, neurology clinics and wider partners to strengthen local awareness of PSP & CBD and enhance referral pathways across the region.

This is a key role in maintaining continuity, quality and momentum within our Helpline service during a period of maternity leave and you will be reporting to the Helpline and Support Services Manager.

Hours of Work & Annual Leave

• 35 hours per week -  this may include working some unsociable hours, including evenings and weekends.
• 28 days plus bank holidays. Pro-rated for part time role.

The main office is in Milton Keynes, and we have a hybrid working policy with most staff spending one day a week in the office and the remainder working from home. There is flexibility in the arrangements that need to be agreed upon with the line manager.

Key Responsibilities

• To be ‘first point of call’ for people with PSP & CBD and their families living in North and Northeast region including, Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Lancashire, Cumbria, North Yorkshire, Tyne & Wear & Northumberland. Providing people with support and information over the phone and via email.
• To raise awareness of PSP & CBD across all health and social care disciplines in the region by engaging with HSCP’s and neurology clinics.
• To provide accurate information in all aspects of PSP & CBD in response to enquiries and signpost onto other organisations where appropriate.
• Ensure a maximum response to all helpline calls, emails and enquires.
• To keep clear and accurate records and statistics of enquires received and actions taken.
• To carry out a maximum number of proactive calls to people affected by PSP & CBD within the region as directed by the Helpline Manager.
• Develop and maintain the existing database of key health and social care professionals and regional services.
• Attend outreach events to build the profile of PSPA services amongst health and social care professionals.
• Work with the Director of Policy and Influencing to identify ways in which services and care can be improved for families affected by PSP & CBD in the region.
• To signpost to PSPA Support Groups and services.
• Liaise with external services to signpost to local support.
• Take an active part in the delivery and planning of information and support events, which may include the possibility of overnight stays and weekends.
• Liaise with the fundraising team to signpost to fundraising activities.
• Liaise with the Volunteer Coordinator to maintain and build volunteering in the region.
• To attend and contribute constructively to team and other meetings as required.
• To ensure the implementation of policies, procedures and quality standards as defined by PSPA.
• Contribute to the development of literature and articles for PSPA Matters.
• To undertake any other tasks, by agreement as required, in support of the work of PSPA.

Person Specification

Essential Criteria:

• Experience in delivering helpline and/or information and support services
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to listen actively understanding different points of view
• Ability to keep accurate records
• Willingness to undertake training and continuing personal development
• Experience of and sensitivity to communicating with audiences from a range of backgrounds
• Strong IT skills, with experience in MS Office products and customer relationship management software
• Flexible and reliable attitude and the ability to self-organise and to work without direct supervision
• Good communication skills, both oral and written and excellent telephone manner
• Ability to manage difficulty questions, emotions and situations in a calm and confident way.

Desirable Criteria:

• Knowledge of PSP & CBD or other neurodegenerative diseases and/or experience of working in the NHS

About the role

We have an exciting role available for a motivated and passionate leader to join the No Second Night Out (NSNO) team as Service Manager, where you will have the opportunity to lead our Staging Post team in Lewisham. The NSNO Staging Post project offers additional assessment and reconnection support to clients over a 28 day period, ensuring those at risk of rough sleeping can be directed to services suitable to their immediate, medium and longer term needs. Our client is a dynamic, passionate charity, committed to improving the lives of children across the UK. As Service Manager you will oversee a team of dedicated youth practitioners, delivering one to one emotional wellbeing and mental health support to a variety of vulnerable young people, predominantly on a drop-in basis. You will lead, develop and coordinate the service, including community-based workshops, advice and signposting, and brief/structures interventions. About the role

The Therapeutic Service Programme Manager provides strategic leadership and clinical governance for the Refugee Council’s therapeutic programmes, ensuring safe, high-quality care for separated children, adults and families seeking asylum.

As a Therapeutic Service Programme Manager, you will:

In this role, there is plenty of scope for working from home,  although there will be times when you will need to be at face-to-face meetings. Step Forward is seeking an experienced Therapeutic Service Lead to join our multi-disciplinary team supporting young people aged 11–25 with their mental health and emotional wellbeing.

Working closely with the CEO and Operations Manager, the postholder will help shape the strategic direction of the therapeutic service in line with organisational priorities. You will contribute to the smooth, safe, and effective delivery of the therapeutic service, ensuring it remains accessible, responsive, and relevant to local young people.

Key Responsibilities

· Be part of the Senior Management team alongside the CEO and Operations Manager and have a key role in the strategic direction of the Therapeutic service

· Co-ordinate the development and day-to-day management of the Therapeutic Service

· Support and line manage a small team including the Senior Counsellor and additional Counsellors & Wellbeing Workers

· Act as joint Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead

· Work with the Senior Counsellor to help support honorary counsellors

· Manage a small caseload of clients, including assessments for newly referred young people

· Manage allocations of clients to staff and volunteers

· Ensure monitoring and evaluation systems capture the impact of our therapeutic interventions

About You

 · A recognised qualification in Counselling or Psychotherapy

· Professional accreditation, or working towards it

· Minimum 5 years’ experience working with young people aged 11-25 years, including at least 3 years of providing post qualification 1:1 counselling support to young people in an organisational setting

· Experience as a team leader or as part of a management team

· Strong understanding of safeguarding principles and experience in managing safeguarding concerns

· A demonstrated commitment to supporting young people

· Confidence delivering evidence-based therapies across short-, medium-, and long-term interventions

· Experience supporting young people with a wide range of presenting issues, including: Anxiety, depression, bereavement, trauma, abuse, identity and relationships

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multi-agency teams

· Commitment to embracing diversity and supporting young people in Tower Hamlets

Title: Fundraising Manager

Responsible to: Director/Head of Operations

Hours: 14 hours per week

BIAS is a leading local Irish charity which has supported England’s largest community in Brent for over 45 years. We deliver our support across London through our welfare advice drop-in service, our active ageing clubs and our Be-a-Friend volunteer scheme. This is an exciting new role in which you will proactively generate and grow fundraising income across all fundraising streams to enable us to continue supporting the most vulnerable members of the Irish community. You will support our fundraising strategy by contributing to digital communications and creative content across all channels, in cooperation with project delivery teams. The role will play a central part in raising awareness and growing supporter engagement through digital  campaigns, donor events, individual giving initiatives and the development of relationships with local businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver BIAS’s community fundraising strategy.
• Develop and implement a varied portfolio of events, community fundraising activities and campaigns, all of which reflect the spirit of BIAS.
• Explore marketing opportunities to raise the profile of the charity.
• Ensure relevant processes are in place to deliver successful, profitable community fundraising activities.
• Oversee the management of fundraising systems and platforms in order to create the best possible experience for donors and participants.
• Develop a robust supporter journey for community fundraisers which leaves them with an excellent experience and generates a long-term relationship with BIAS.

To achieve these objectives, the post holder will be expected to:

• Plan, budget, coordinate and attend an annual community fundraising and events calendar with set objectives, budgets and KPIs for each activity.
• Regularly review the performance of fundraising activities/events, making  recommendations for improvement.
• Build and maintain a variety of community relationships across varying stakeholders.
• Explore and coordinate fundraising opportunities such as online donation platforms, auction platforms and text-to- donate services.
• Work with colleagues to ensure that all events are adequately supported with staff, volunteers and post-event debriefs.
• Ensure that all events and activities are compliant with the Code of Fundraising Practice, GDPR and internal policies.

What we’re looking for…

• Experience of designing and delivering successful community fundraising events, campaigns and activities, preferably with a track record of at least two years.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills, including budget and project management.
• Ability to build excellent working relationships, especially with supporters and partners.
• Strong team player who will ensure clear and regular communication with the BIAS management team.
• Ability to keep calm under pressure and maintain a clear head, anticipating risks and problems.
• A willingness to adapt and be flexible.

TRC Sexual Abuse & Rape Support Greater Manchester is seeking an experienced and committed professional to join our team as our Services & Operations Manager.

Based across our sites in Trafford, you will provide clinical and operational oversight of TRC’s service areas (counselling, ISVA, helpline & digital, and Pathfinder) and provide direct day-to-day service management. You will lead on safeguarding, act as a line of support between the client-facing services and the CEO, line-manage our service coordinators, lead on triage meetings and coordinate TRC's centre.
