The Role
This is a work from home post and can be based remotely anywhere within the UK. There will be the need to travel to meetings in London occasionally and travel to our services across England and Scotland on an ad hoc basis.
As the newly appointed Business Development Finance Partner, you will work closely with the Head of Business Development and Director in identifying and evaluating new opportunities as well as working across the Organisation to support ongoing contract management and financial business management activities.
You will support our operational leadership across the UK to evaluate, monitor and review the financial aspects of new business opportunities, leading on financial elements of tenders and grants as well as contract management and risk appraisal processes.
The position provides an ideal opportunity for individuals with a strong finance background (qualified or part-qualified accountants) to develop and enhance their careers through transitioning into a business management role.
You will be part of a passionate and skilled Business Development team, supporting the vital work delivered by Phoenix Futures across the UK.

The Team

About the Team
This interim role reports to the Director of Communications, Policy and Campaigns (CPC), alongside other Assistant Directors.
The CPC team drives Shelter's campaigns for social housing and renters' rights, supporting our services and income generation efforts.
You'll manage heads of important content and engagement teams, driving strategic direction and collaboration across functions.

This is a newly established and exciting role at MRF that will be key to achieving our goals to defeat meningitis through health insights that drive meaningful change in policy.
The Policy Officer will play a key role in using health insights to shape our policy positions and make a meaningful difference to the lives of people affected by meningitis. We are looking for an experienced Administration Officer to work in a busy rural office. The successful post holder will be based at our offices in East Lulworth, Dorset, with some opportunity for home working. They will provide day to day support of administration and management of the office and facilities. The post holder will also support Health and Safety, contract management and events reporting to the Head of Administration.
You will need to have previous experience working in administration within a busy team. You will be skilled in using all Office applications as well as being able to prioritise your work load when supporting and responding to queries from staff, members and volunteers via email, telephone and MS Teams.

We are seeking a highly experienced Trusts and Foundations fundraising consultant to spearhead the Trusts programme at Dreams Come True. As an excellent communicator, influencer, and relationship builder, you will have a proven track record of successful fundraising in this area: ideally securing between 6 and 7-figure gifts.
