We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced safeguarding professional to work as Cathedral Safeguarding Officer.

The post-holder will work with the Canon Chancellor in his role as Chapter Safeguarding Lead (CSL) to raise and maintain awareness and understanding throughout the Cathedral community of the safeguarding needs of children and adults, and actively promote a culture to ensure that safeguarding is of paramount importance.

The post holder will work closely and collaboratively with the Diocesan Safeguarding Team and other Safeguarding bodies.

As part of their role, the Cathedral Safeguarding Officer (CSO) will work closely with the CSL, the Diocesan Safeguarding Team including the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisory Panel (DSAP) and the Diocesan Safeguarding Executive Committee (SEC); all other relevant stakeholders including Chapter, Residentiary Canons, staff, the Senior Management Group, Cathedral Safeguarding Committee, King’s School Rochester, and all relevant external agencies, e.g., CofE National Safeguarding Team (NST), Police and Probation services, local authorities, Domestic Abuse Services.  A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is in place between the Cathedral and Diocese concerning shared working relationships and adherence to Diocesan Polices and use of the National Case Management System.

Director of Technology

Our newly created role of Director of Technology will join our Senior Leadership Team, and will be responsible for our technology strategy. This includes leading the Full Stack and IT teams to develop the technology infrastructure that supports RNID’s work, and to develop tools that directly support our communities. The Southeast and East Asian Centre (SEEAC) is a community-led CIC supporting East and Southeast Asian (ESEA) migrants and refugees in the UK. We work to build an equitable society where ESEA communities thrive.

We are seeking a Programme Manager to lead our programme team, deliver high-impact community services and advocacy projects, and strengthen partnerships across the sector. This role is central to coordinating multiple projects, managing staff, developing proposals, overseeing budgets, ensuring monitoring and evaluation, and representing SEEAC publicly with partners, media and stakeholders. The post works closely with the Executive Director and Partnership Development Manager, including on fundraising.

About you:
You bring 5+ years’ experience leading programme design, delivery, monitoring and reporting plus people management experience and strong communication, organisational and financial skills. You are confident engaging with diverse communities, funders and public audiences, and committed to safeguarding and data protection. Responsibilities include:

• Strategic Direction: Lead PBI UK, representing it to external stakeholders, including funders, policymakers, collaborators and the legal community. Oversee day-to-day operations to align with the strategic and operational evolution of the broader PBI. In collaboration with staff and the Board, ensure PBI’s sustainable development and maintain effective internal policies and practices.
• Fundraising and Communications: Collaborate with PBI UK staff to create an annual fundraising plan and oversee its implementation, covering both private (individuals, major donors, legacies, corporates, community) and public (trusts, foundations, some institutional) streams. Lead major donor relations, support staff in engaging trusts and individual donors, supervise key proposals, and network strategically to find new fundraising opportunities for PBI UK. Work with the PBI UK team to develop operational projects and opportunities. Give strategic direction and practical support to the implementation of advocacy on policy, countries and cases.
• Liaison with Broader PBI: Lead liaison with PBI’s International Office and other global bodies, ensuring that PBI UK evolves in a way which contributes to PBI’s global evolution, and maintaining good relationships with other PBI teams.
• Liaison with PBI’s Boards and Ambassadors: Work closely with the Finance Manager and PBI UK staff in the production of PBI UK’s annual budget and plan, using PBI UK’s resources effectively and efficiently. Ensure effective implementation of Board decisions, with receipt of clear delegation of authority. Role Overview and Main Responsibilities

One of the main areas of this role is to improve the Digital Marketing systems of the college. This involves managing multiple projects and supervising other team members within their roles. The postholder will also work alongside the CEO to develop and implement a new marketing strategy to enable ANCC to achieve its vision and mission globally. This will include shaping the Marketing and Communications team to support the stakeholder journey for students, partners and donors.

• Enhancing the digital systems of the college for the purposes of marketing
• Work collaboratively with the CEO and Marketing & Communications team to ensure new marketing assets are designed and produced for optimal results

· Generating leads for new applicants, students, partners and donations to the college, optimising our efficiency, and maximising opportunities for engagement.

• Manage the website development project which includes the improvement of the college website for marketing purposes, and improving the User Experience (UXP) ensuring that it is optimised for search engines
• Manage team members for the maintenance and development of the college’s website, SEO, user journey experience, and website assets
• Support and collaborate with the Social Media officer to ensure digital marketing across our platforms, including LinkedIn for digital community engagement.
• Monitor and review performance of digital marketing channels for analytical reporting and making recommendations for improvement.
• Email marketing across stakeholder groups to support recruitment and engagement for the college. This includes the management of Mailchimp and ensuring Donorfy data is up to date.
• Direct marketing to students and partners for college courses, training options, collaborative design, delivery and lifelong learning. This may include digital marketing via website, social media, email, content marketing, print marketing and campaigns.
• Developing a digital marketing campaigns calendar and system for use within the team including the implementation of campaign briefs and tracking of campaigns across ANCC products
• Play an active role within the team to help at promotional events, including national exhibitions and conferences, at the college and elsewhere
• Assist the team with organising college open days and other promotional events (graduations, multicultural evenings, carols at Easneye etc).
• Work creatively with the team to continue to develop strong relationships with ANCC alumni through digital communications, and maximising opportunities for engagement
• Fully participate in All Nations community activities when possible

About the Role 

This role will lead Media Trust’s climate work. As Senior Programme Manager, you will run our flagship Communicating Climate programme and lead Media Trust’s work on the Diverse Voices programme. You will help us further develop our climate work and ensure our existing programmes are cutting edge and meet the demands of this moment.

This role will directly manage our Communicating Climate programme. The Senior Programme Manager will build on the success of the past five years of the programme and further develop the programme content and structure to maximise impact for participating organisations. With support from a programme co-ordinator, you will ensure the smooth delivery of the programme, including recruiting and managing a cohort of climate organisations; overseeing the budget and timeline; managing our relationships with funders, trainers and partners; and impact evaluation and reporting.

You will also oversee our role in the Diverse Voices programme, which works to amplify the voices of people and communities most impacted by climate change. The programme is run by a consortium of organisations, including Race Equality Foundation, Turn2Us and Disability Rights UK. Media Trust is the media partner, delivering communications-related training and support to the participants. 

Your line manager will be Media Trust’s Head of Charity Services and the role will sit within our charity services team. This Senior Programme Manager role does not currently have any direct line management responsibilities. 

Please note that whilst this is a remote role, the Media Trust team meets in-person in London on a monthly basis and regular travel to London for meetings and events is required. 

Key Responsibilities 

Programme Management of our climate programmes, including: 

• Lead our Communicating Climate programme, ensuring it is high quality, innovative and tailored to the needs and priorities of climate and environmental organisations 

• Recruit and build successive new cohorts of climate charities, user-led organisations and community groups, supporting them through the programme to ensure high levels of engagement and collaboration 

• Recruit and work with trainers and climate experts to develop engaging, practical and tailored training content, activities and resources 

• Plan and ensure the smooth delivery of all activities (including training, workshops, peer to peer networking sessions and other events), ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and lead to planned outcomes

• Manage the Advisory Group for Communicating Climate, which is comprised of leading media organisations, climate charities and sector experts, coordinating regular meetings, building relationships with members and facilitating opportunities for the Advisory Group to shape and input into the direction of the programme 

• Manage relationships with our key programme and sector partners including Climate Outreach, Heard and others, build relationships with a wide range of sector organisations

• Work with media industry partners to design and deliver activities for volunteers from leading media and creative agencies to provide pro bono strategic communications support to climate charities

• Manage the programme budget and financial reporting 

• Lead on the monitoring, evaluation and reporting of the programme, ensuring impact is evidenced by high quality data and producing impact reports 

• Maintain up to date knowledge of trends and developments in the climate and strategic communications space and embed these insights into the programme content

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Officer to ensure the College meets its legal and regulatory compliance requirements as an educational establishment and a charity.  The focus of the role is to be responsible, with the support of the Training Administration team, for all reporting to regulatory bodies in a timely manner to ensure the College meets the requirements of the Office for Students (OfS), The Open University (OU), Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA), UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI), UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), Competition and Marketing Authority (CMA) and other regulatory bodies. The postholder will also take on the role of Data Protection Officer (DPO) within the organisation and ensure that the college processes all personal data in compliance with UK data protection legislation.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for reporting internal information and meeting the reporting requirements of regulatory organisations – primarily the Office for Students (OfS), Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA), the Open University (OU), the UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI), Competition and Marketing Authority (CMA) and the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). This will be with the support of the Training Administration team and all other teams within the college.

The Donor Relations Officer will be responsible for crafting compelling, donor-centred communications that strengthen long-term relationships with partners and supporters, deepen engagement and inspire giving. One of the main areas of responsibility will be to produce proposals and reports for stakeholders, especially strategic partners and donors. The postholder will work closely with the other members of the Marketing and Communications team, as well as collaborating with other departments within the college.  The ideal candidate will have proven experience of producing copy for fundraising and donor relations purposes, and will be a skilled storyteller who can translate the strategic objectives of the college into resonant narratives, understands donor motivations, and writes with clarity, empathy, and purpose.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising & Stewardship Writing

• Develop persuasive and high-quality copy for multi-channel fundraising campaigns (direct mail, email, website, social media etc.)
• Write impact reports and stewardship letters that convey gratitude and demonstrate impact.
• Create case statements, proposals, and presentations for major donor and foundation audiences.
• Oversee the ongoing use of Donorfy CRM to ensure it functions in a way that optimises ANCC's efficiency and makes full use of its functionality; carry out system integrations as needed.

Storytelling & Content Development

• Interview students, alumni, partners, staff and donors to develop authentic, mission-driven stories.
• Adapt organizational content for various donor segments, ensuring a consistent voice and message.

• Proofread and edit donor communications to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with the college ethos and brand guidelines.
• Maintain a consistent, donor-focused tone across all written materials.

Collaboration & Strategy

• Work closely with the members of the Marketing & Communications team to align donor messaging with campaign goals.
• Collaborate with other teams across the college including the Academic, Training and Finance Teams.
• Contribute to the development of content calendars and communication strategies.
• Track and analyse response rates and engagement to inform future copy.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years’ professional writing experience, preferably in donor relations and fundraising communications.
• Proven ability to write clear, compelling, and engaging copy and marketing materials for diverse audiences.
• Strong interviewing, research, and storytelling skills.
• Excellent editing and proofreading abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with donor stewardship best practices and fundraising language.
• Experience of producing and tracking fundraising campaigns, tracking impact, reporting and lesson learning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present information and engage cross-culturally.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural team and wider organisational departments.
• Experience with CRM or donor database systems.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of direct response fundraising principles.
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital content best practices, and awareness of upcoming trends and changes in the sector, including best use of AI.
• Experience of working with Canva and other document editing software which pair visuals with text.

The Role:
The Health and Safety Manager will take a lead role in strengthening the organisation’s health and safety framework, ensuring compliance with all relevant HSE legislation and RSH expectations. The role will involve developing and embedding a proportionate HSMS, managing the rollout of a new digital health and safety portal, and fostering a culture of safety and accountability across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
Health and Safety Management System (HSMS) Implementation
• Develop and implement a comprehensive HSMS tailored to the scale and operations of the association.
• Review and enhance existing health and safety policies, risk assessments, and procedures.
• Establish effective monitoring, reporting, and assurance processes to demonstrate compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Ensure the HSMS supports compliance with the RSH Home Standard, including obligations related to building safety, gas, electrical, fire, water, asbestos, and lift

Regulatory Compliance and Assurance

Person specifications:
Essential:
• IOSH Managing Safely (or equivalent).
• Proven experience implementing or managing a Health and Safety Management System, ideally within housing, property management, or a similar regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of UK health and safety legislation and compliance frameworks.
• Experience of working to meet the Regulator of Social Housing standards or equivalent regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

As Administration Assistant, you will provide crucial administrative support for the Administration & Supporter Relations Manager and other staff with tasks such as processing and recording residents’ leave applications, preparing thank you letters, assisting in the preparation and despatch of the monthly prayer diary and supporting the wider staff team with other administrative tasks as applicable (copying, laminating, data entry, document creation and editing).

As Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and residents. You'll warmly welcome guests and help direct enquiries as needed, and handle reception duties with professionalism. This includes staffing the reception desk, accessing calendars, sending emails, and performing other basic administrative tasks to keep the front office running smoothly.
