Job Title: Partnership Development Manager (National)

Location: Home-based or hybrid (with 1 day per week in the London Office)

Hours: 35 hours per week (flexible working requests welcomed)

Contract type: Fixed term contract until 31/12/2025 (maternity cover)

Salary: £38,409 per annum (home-based) - £42,244 per annum (hybrid)

What we’re looking for:

·       Someone that can build a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities, maximising fundraising by engaging with new prospective partners and the decision makers within

·       Someone with experience in cultivating and securing 6 figure corporate partnerships

·       Someone that can collaborate with teams across the organisation to help build cases for support and develop expert proposals

·       Someone with a keen eye for detail who is able to stay up to date with sector trends, current affairs and potential new business opportunities

·       Leave: 25 days of annual leave, which increases with service, in addition to bank holidays and a 3 or 4 day closure over the Christmas period. We also have finish early Fridays in August and quarterly rest days to step away from day-to-day work and refocus.
