Operations Manager

Are you an experienced Manager looking for a values‑driven leadership role with real social impact?

Can you:

• Provide operational leadership across governance, compliance and member services
• Manage and develop a small, high‑performing, values‑driven team
• Work closely with the CEO to deliver the organisation’s strategy and future growth
• Strengthen systems, processes and cross‑team collaboration
• Engage with stakeholders and support best practice across the Almshouse movement

Do you have:

• Proven operational leadership experience in a charity, housing or membership organisation
• Strong understanding of governance, risk and regulatory compliance
• Collaborative, organised and mission‑driven with excellent communication skills
