Head of Development

Do you want to play a key role in supporting the future resilience of the heritage sector? The Heritage Alliance is seeking a strategic and passionate Head of Development to join our team, working mainly from our small, friendly office based near St Paul’s Cathedral. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic heritage organisation, and to help shape the strategy of the organisation from the inside.  

As a member of the senior leadership team, you will work closely with the CEO, Head of Membership and Finance Manager to secure a sustainable future for our organisation. The role offers plenty of scope for a versatile and ambitious development professional to build experience and sector contacts whilst delivering tangible impact. If you have a passion for culture and heritage, excel at building diverse income streams and nurturing funder relationships whilst identifying creative opportunities for growth, this is the role for you.
