Job description

Role Overview:

The Talent Set are delighted to partner with fantastic charity on an exciting Data and Insights Executive opportunity. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the organisation's relationship-led fundraising strategy, ensuring accurate donor data, efficient income processing, and exceptional supporter administration. Working closely with fundraising and finance teams, you'll provide the insights, reporting, and data integrity that underpin successful fundraising activity and supporter engagement. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and consistent donor records within the CRM system.
  • Ensure donations, pledges, and supporter interactions are correctly recorded and managed.
  • Carry out regular data quality checks, cleansing exercises, and record updates to maintain data integrity.
  • Process fundraising income accurately across multiple channels, including online, events, post, and third-party platforms.
  • Support income reconciliation processes and work closely with finance colleagues to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Track and administer pledges, regular giving commitments, and one-off donations.
  • Prepare pledge reports and provide fundraisers with accurate information to support donor stewardship and follow-up activity.
  • Support donor acknowledgement processes, ensuring timely and professional communications.
  • Respond to donor administration enquiries and escalate stewardship matters where appropriate.
  • Produce regular reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support fundraising activity and performance monitoring.

 

Person Specification:

 

  • Experience working with databases, CRM systems, or administrative systems.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy.
  • Experience handling financial, transactional, or income-related data.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong numeracy and data handling capabilities.
  • Confident communicator who can explain data and information clearly to a range of stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively across teams and supporting multiple internal stakeholders.

 

 

What's on Offer:

  • Salary: £26,000 - £31,500
  • Location: Hybrid, 3 Days In North London Office
  • Contract: Permanent, 35 hours per week
