The Talent Set are delighted to be partnering with our client to recruit a Digital Content Executive—an opportunity to play a key role at the heart of a dynamic membership organisation. This position offers the chance to create and shape engaging digital content that not only strengthens the organisation’s voice but also deepens connections with its member community. You’ll be instrumental in driving engagement, supporting member value, and bringing the organisation’s purpose to life across its digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and publish compelling digital content across various platforms, including websites, email campaigns, and social media channels.
- Develop content strategies that align with brand voice and organisational goals.
- Monitor content performance metrics and optimise content to improve engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand content needs and ensure consistency in messaging.
- Stay updated on digital content trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure all content adheres to quality standards, accuracy, and branding guidelines.
Person Specification
- Proven experience in managing digital content for diverse platforms.
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of content management systems and digital analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively and take constructive feedback.
- Familiarity with the professional membership or related sectors is advantageous.
What’s on Offer
Salary: £31,000–£35,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Homeworking flexibility with occasional visits to the office (outside of London)
