About the Role

We are seeking a diligent and faithful Finance Reporting Manager to join our team in stewarding the financial resources of the organisation. This role plays a key part in supporting the Head of Finance in ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and wise resource management in line with our Christian values and mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full support to the Head of Finance, especially in the preparation of year-end annual statutory accounts for the College and Trading Company including the audit.
• Assist in producing monthly management accounts for the College and Trading Company.
• Support the preparation of the annual financial data return as required by the Office for Students.
• Supervise the management of cash flow to ensure financial sustainability and accountability.
• Assist with statutory and regulatory compliance, including Charity Commission annual returns, Corporation Tax, and ONS returns.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes across all courses, ensuring each has a minimum viable number for financial planning.
• Produce detailed product-level profit and loss statements for all courses.
• Prepare financial reports for specific projects and funds, including fund accounting and pricing of courses.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting on cashflows, budgets, and forecasts.
• Contribute to regulatory and management reporting requirements.
• Regularly review budgets against actuals and update forecasts in collaboration with budget holders.
• Reconcile service contracts such as catering to ensure appropriate use of funds.
• Oversee the ledgers and follow up on debtor balances as necessary, ensuring good stewardship of resources.
• Proactive in continuous improvements across the finance function.
• Provide support and coaching to the Finance Assistant, encouraging their growth and development.
• Offer flexible support across the finance team, including assisting with payroll and VAT returns as needed.
• Provide cover for the Head of Finance when required.
• Provide cover for other roles in the Finance team.

The Education Department develops, resources, delivers and manages the ESU’s portfolio of education programmes. This portfolio encompasses teaching programmes, domestic and international competition(s), short- and long-term interventions in schools and external educational organisations, continual professional development opportunities for teachers, school membership, awards & scholarships, all of which are focused on giving young people the speaking & listening skills and the cross-cultural understanding they need to thrive.

Purpose of the Role

The main purpose of the role is to carry out and assist in the administration and day to day running of the ESU’s educational programmes, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and managing delivery staff to ensure collective goals and objectives are reached.

• Support with the smooth running and delivery of ESU Education’s domestic programmes. 
• Be the first respondent to incoming calls and emails from educators, ESU partners and the general public, providing timely and professional responses to all enquiries. 
• Manage ESU spreadsheets and data across various Excel and our CRM system to ensure clean and accurate data collection and collation. 
• As needed, support with the development and improvement of education resources

Your role is to manage a range of Central Services for the Eikon Charity and to be a familiar constant presence in the Eikon offices. Responsibilities 

IT Management

• Manage the operational IT delivery via Eikon’s IT partner (ramsac) 
• Manage the continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure
• Oversee and direct the work and tasks of the data officer (IT support)
• Attend quarterly management meetings with outsourced IT provider including technical IT consultant visits
• Oversee Help Desk approvals
• Review monthly total IT estate in partnership with ramsac and Data Officer

About the role

In this exciting role, you will be a critical member of our influencing team, helping to bring the voice of people living with arthritis right into the heart of Westminster. Working with the Public Affairs team, you will help to deliver the charity’s public affairs activities, building a strong profile with decision-makers to ensure our messages and policy priorities are front and centre of their thoughts.

You will support the delivery of exciting and engaging influencing strategies, working with colleagues to combine policy, public affairs, campaigning, media and social media in order to influence policy change.  You will also play a key role in organising and delivering the charity’s activities at Parliamentary events and political party conferences.

Richmond Borough Mind is a vibrant local charity that has been supporting and providing services for adults affected by mental health problems and their carers for over 60 years. 

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Adults Peer Support Worker to join our busy Peer Support team. You will have your own lived experience of mental health issues and be able to use this experience as well as your professional skills and knowledge to support others.

RB Mind has run effective peer-led services for many years. The role will be supported by RB Mind Senior Peer Support Workers, and the Peer Support Coordinator in South West London St George’s Mental Health Trust (SWLStG). Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training and clinical supervision.

With the expansion of our work in this area we aim to reduce waiting times, reduce the number of people going into crisis, address inequalities and support transitions from youth to adult services. We offer holistic and personalised care and support to service users.

The role has its own caseload and provides a range of support and person-centred interventions to meet these needs, which could include group support, one-to-one interventions and signposting where specialist advice is needed.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about motivating and coaching individuals with mental health issues, and able to support people on their journey to recovery. As well as having an empathy with the core values of RB Mind, the successful applicant will have the skills to provide person-centred support through one-to-one sessions and facilitating groups. You will have an awareness of the boundaries we work within when supporting vulnerable adults. You should be enthusiastic and self-motivated, and must be able to work on your own initiative.

Elayos exists to bring compassion, support and advocacy to vulnerable and isolated birthing people in Birmingham. Our Perinatal Outreach Workers, come alongside, build relationships, listen and equip with the information needed to empower our clients to have a positive and informed pregnancy, birth and postnatal period. 

Our staff and volunteers offer continuity of care as we assist with emotional, practical and physical needs. Elayos values the importance of trauma-informed approaches and seeks to offer this to both staff and clients. Where appropriate, we signpost and collaborate with other organisations to ensure that the greatest range of support is given.

In this essential role, you will lead the development and delivery of our inspiring legacy and in-memory fundraising activities. You’ll help our supporters celebrate their loved ones, mark special occasions and make lasting contributions through gifts in wills. Working closely with colleagues across fundraising, communications, and supporter engagement, you’ll ensure that every supporter feels valued, informed, and connected to the impact of their gift.

Your responsibilities will include delivering Yorkshire Wildlife Trust’s legacy marketing strategy and in-memory giving programme. You will steward legacy supporters and next of kin with empathy, care, and professionalism. You will also coordinate legacy events, campaigns, and communications with legacy pledgers. In addition, you will manage legacy administration, liaising with solicitors and executors to ensure gifts are handled sensitively and effectively.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a confident communicator with excellent written and interpersonal skills. You will be organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage sensitive and confidential information. Experience in fundraising, supporter care, or legacy and in-memory giving—or transferable skills from a relevant sector—will be essential. You will also be empathetic and supportive when working with bereaved individuals or those planning for the future.

Experience in legacy administration, event planning, or using CRM systems (e.g. Access Charity CRM, Raiser's Edge or similar) is desirable but not essential – we’re open to candidates who can demonstrate the right values, skills, and potential.
