This is a new and exciting role that will build and develop relationships with churches and individuals, to secure significant income, and bring in frequent and targeted income through regular donations, fundraising campaigns and events. The ideal candidate will have fundraising experience covering several areas including Individual Giving; Churches, Fundraising Appeals/Campaigns, as well as experience in managing the operational aspects of fundraising. Through this, you will assist the whole organisation in our commitment to showing kindness, raising self-belief, and inspiring hope for the future in the individuals we serve.

We are seeking an experienced fundraiser with a passion for our mission to equip our organisation with the financial resources needed to meet our objectives, by growing our charitable income across all funding streams, maximising supporter engagement, and fulfilling fundraising operational duties such as ensuring that we have a database that is organised, up to date and fit for purpose.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Develop deliver and monitor a fundraising strategy for Pecan.
2. Establish systems, procedures, proactive stewardship, and an engagement programme to provide the highest levels of service to Pecan's supporters.
3. Assist with setting up our CRM database, developing and maintaining it to ensure efficient, appropriate data capture and analysis for the purpose of effective stewardship, fundraising and communications.
4. Develop an Individual Giving and Acquisition strategy that drives growth for individual giving across multi-channel campaigns and initiatives.
5. Pioneer and develop a broad range of relationships with churches, organisations, and denominations across Southwark.
6. Management of a part time Partnerships Manager with responsibility.

Essential Requirements: 

1. 3 years charity fundraising experience or evidence of very relatable experience.
2. Experience / understanding of fundraising campaigns.
3. Experience working on either eTapestry, Raisers Edge, Salesforce or Donorfy CRM systems.
4. Ability to connect and network with a wide range of people through a broad variety of communication methods.
5. A good level of general education including GCSE Maths and English plus A-levels or equivalent.

You will be responsible for the importing of data into the database, providing contact data to JDRF teams to support and promote campaigns, direct mail, community engagement, major donor giving and challenge events, whilst providing database support and guidance to users, including providing training.

The purpose of the role

The People Operations Manager will lead and manage the People Operations function and be responsible for the design, improvement and delivery of all people processes and experiences including transactional HR processes, on-boarding.  A key part of the role is the continued development and delivery of HR functionality of NT People, the NT’s workforce system.  You will ensure a high level of customer service and work closely with the Payroll Team.

• Ensure plans, risks and finances associated with project delivery are tracked as required and made visible for governance and portfolio management purposes. 
• Use feedback and research to recommend improvements to RCR’s IT project management processes, implementing agreed changes.
• Support the Head of IT in the day-to-day management of invoices and of the IT budget, ensuring that spend is accounted for and managed according to RCR’s guidelines.

Crisis is the national charity for homeless people. We know that homelessness is not inevitable. We know that together we can end it.

This is an exciting time to join the Learning and Organisational Development Team, as we shift our ways of working to develop and deliver a more agile and bespoke learning offer. Our aim is to enable flexibility and financial sustainability by curating Crisis owned sessions delivered by Crisis staff.

Title:               Learning and Development Trainer

Salary:             £38,248 per annum

Contract:Permanent

Hours:            35 hours per week, although open to discussing part time working arrangements of over 28 hours per week as per Crisis’ Flexible Working Policy

Location:          To be based in any of the Crisis Skylights in Edinburgh, Newcastle, Merseyside, Birmingham, Oxford, South Wales, Central London, Croydon, or Brent, but with home working as an option in line with Crisis’ Hybrid Working Policy. There will an expectation to travel to different Crisis Skylights on average twice a month for meetings and to deliver trainings.

About the role

This is a new role within Crisis’ People & Culture Team, created so we can plan, develop, and deliver a range of internal learning sessions for staff across the organisation. This will include working with our frontline staff, ensuring they have the skills required to support our members to end their homelessness. This role will also provide administrative support to ensure that all training events run efficiently, and appropriate records are maintained.

About you

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives when planning, developing, and delivering trainings to upskill staff who work with vulnerable adults. You will have experience of collaborating with range of stakeholders to ensure trainings meet the learning and development needs of its audience. This role requires someone who is very organised and has experience of juggling multiple and competing priorities. The successful candidate will be delivering in-person sessions at Crisis Skylights across the UK so you must be comfortable with national travel on average twice a month.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Financial Inclusion Officer to join our Communities team at Sovereign Network Group. You’ll help to shape and deliver our exciting new Energy Support service, aiming to be proactive and preventative in fuel and energy insecurity. You’ll be working in the community and with customers across our geography.

The Role

You’ll be part of our Financial Inclusion team, looking holistically at customers and their household circumstances and finding innovative ways to support them to make sustained changes. You’ll be working with partners, building new relationships both internally and externally, with an overall aim to aid our customers to become financially resilient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and enhancing financial inclusion initiatives, with a primary focus on energy-related projects
• Collaborating with customer support teams to ensure impactful delivery of financial inclusion offers
• Supporting operational activities of Financial Inclusion programs across SNG communities
• Working closely with the Financial and Digital Inclusion Manager to identify new delivery partners and continue to develop financial inclusion offers for sustained positive customer impact
• Reporting and analysing on program impacts to evaluate value for money and guide future planning

What we’re looking for

Previous experience in a similar role, with an understanding of financial inclusion challenges and its impacts would be beneficial but isn’t essential. You will need:

• A proactive, creative, and innovative approach to your work and problem-solving 
• A customer-centric mindset, ensuring customer needs are at the forefront
• Proven stakeholder management experience with the ability to engage colleagues and external partners effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in data processing and analysis, particularly with high-volume datasets
• Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel and Outlook
