KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
You’re a multimedia designer who thrives on creative challenges, bringing ideas to life through video, photography, animation and motion graphics. You work efficiently while maximising every opportunity to elevate campaigns, feeding into concepts and shaping the bigger picture. Strategic and creative, you pair sharp attention to detail with technical and storytelling skills, staying adaptable, organised and solutions-focused to ensure our digital media always delivers impact.
- Lead the creation of engaging video, photo and motion content, from concept development through to final delivery, including scripting, storyboarding, filming and editing.
- Oversee photography across The Charity – identifying gaps in our photography, building and developing our image library through regular photoshoots and ensuring that consent processes follow our data management policy.
- Manage, plan, organise and coordinate on-location and studio filming and photoshoots, ensuring shoots run smoothly and meet creative briefs.
- Conduct interviews and film with case studies, capturing authentic stories that connect audiences with The Charity’s work.
- Shoot and produce high-quality digital video content, managing the process end-to-end, from scriptwriting and sourcing through to editing and publishing.
- Edit raw camera footage, audio, sound effects, graphics and special effects into polished content tailored to the target channels.
- Apply strong post-production skills, including audio mixing, colour grading and motion enhancement to deliver professional outputs.
- Produce animation, motion graphics and kinetic typography to enhance campaigns and digital storytelling.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Fundraising and other teams across The Charity to generate ideas, develop storyboards and create promotional video content for external use.
- Deliver optimised video and motion assets in the correct formats for use across social media, web and other channels
- Lead on the photo and video consent process, ensuring all permissions are GDPR and policy compliant and support teams across the organisation in following best practice.
- Provide training sessions for staff on video, photo and content creation, helping to develop creative skills across The Charity.
- Lead on building an always-on bank of innovative and engaging content to ensure a steady flow of creative assets for campaigns and digital channels as well as managing The Charity’s photo and video libraries to make sure content is accessible, well-organised and brand compliant.

Since LRU started campaigning for rent controls in 2024, we’ve secured the support of MPs, trade unions and charities, organised large demonstrations and pushed the issue of rising rents up the political agenda.
The purpose of this role is to work alongside members and other union staff to take our campaigning for rent controls to the next level through a combination of protests, local organising, coalition building and targeting of power holders, landlords and corporations.
How we work at LRU

About the Role
This exciting Fundraising and Engagement Officer role will be part of the Fundraising and Engagement team to ensure that the delivery of Mind BLMK’s current and future offer of fundraising and engagement are effectively delivered. As the Fundraising and Engagement Officer you will be responsible for supporting the growth of income across individual, major donors alongside community and corporate fundraising.
In this role you will be responsible for implementing and administrating fundraising and engagement activities, supporting inspiring campaigns, optimising stewardship and attending fundraising events.
As the Fundraising and Engagement Officer you will work closely with the fundraising and engagement team in the planning and development of fundraising initiatives. You will monitor and maintain donor and fundraising data in accordance with the organisations policies and procedures. You will be involved in the planning, implementation of PR, communications, media posting, newsletter, AGM and any other appropriate organisational priorities.
You will have a proactive approach in working well on own and in a team and engage with the wider population of Mind BLMK’s workforce and volunteers.

This role is an opportunity to work for Mind BLMK as part of the Milton Keynes NHS mental health service for someone with experience working in health, social care or information and advice, in direct contact with service users.
Working alongside colleagues from Central Northwest London Foundation Trust (CNWL) this role will provide referral management to and from Secondary Services. This will include signposting patients to statutory services including talking therapies and wider community based & voluntary sector support.
The role also includes answering calls through the NHS 111 Mental Health Option whereby you will be required to assess risks in real time and appropriately managing the call, escalating when necessary.
The Community Navigator will work as part of the team to deliver on the aims and objectives of the Mental Health Hub whilst representing the Voluntary and Community sector with the NHS.
Service Delivery
- Work within the NHS Mental Health SPA (Single Point of Access) Team to review and process referrals received from GP Practices and other sources including those to be subsequently triaged and assessed by mental health practitioners.
- Actively call patients with a view to assisting them through the process and making their onward appointments into community or secondary care service providers.
- Support the hub to signpost patients and direct them to appropriate services including secondary care, the local Voluntary and Community sector services and activities that support the patients’ wider determinates of their mental health and wellbeing.
- Answer calls, ensure sufficient phone cover, respond to messages/voicemails, provide administrative support to the Mental Health SPA for all services and deal with queries in a sensitive and timely way liaising with clinical or team lead as is appropriate.
- Monitor service inboxes during core office hours, responding to any queries professionally providing helpful information.
- Monitor and action tasks within SystmOne and maintain records of all activities carried out, i.e. outbound calls, calls received, archiving any received correspondence.
- Build good working relationships with the voluntary and community sector, relevant services and activities to ensure signposting pathways are kept up to date as well navigating and developing the setup of new signposting pathways through networking.
- Provide clinical and non-clinical information in appropriate chronological templates to other services.
- Carry out health and safety responsibilities as directed by Managers in line with Mind BLMK’s H&S policies, procedures, and guidance (risk assessments, reviews, reporting, safeguarding, incidents/accidents, premises).
- To bring VCSE experience, knowledge and culture into an NHS team.

About the role
We are looking for two exceptional Heads of Philanthropy to join our team to significantly increase philanthropic income for faculty fundraising priorities across King’s College London.Within your application, please indicate which position you are applying to, or if you are happy to be considered for both positions.
One role will lead the Health, Science & Technology philanthropy team, and the other will lead the Arts & Social Sciences philanthropy team. King’s has an ambition to significantly scale philanthropic income for Faculties as we prepare to launch our next major fundraising and engagement campaign in 2027 and mark the university’s bicentenary in 2029. Working closely with the Associate Director, Faculty Philanthropy, the postholder will play a pivotal role in developing and growing the major gift fundraising function. We are looking for someone with a proven track-record of developing new, high value relationships, with experience of closing gifts at the six- and seven- figure level. They will need to demonstrate that they understand what is required to build and scale prospect portfolios. They should be intellectually curious and energised by the depth and breadth of King’s academic expertise, with particular interest and passion to work with senior university leaders and academics to secure funding for a range of priorities across either the Arts and Social Sciences, or Health, Science & Technology portfolio.
Working closely with the Associate Director, Faculty Philanthropy, the postholder will play a pivotal role in developing and growing the major gift fundraising function in advance of the launch of the university’s next public fundraising campaign. They will be responsible for leading and nurturing a team of high value fundraisers to secure gifts at the £50k level and above.
This is a full time post (35 Hours per week), and you will be offered an indefinite contract. P&A has a hybrid working approach, with a minimum of 40% of time in the office, on King’s campuses or meeting donors externally. Typically, this equates to two days per week, but we’re very happy for colleagues to be in more frequently if they so wish.

The West of England Baptist Network (Webnet) is seeking a Trust and Property Officer to join our friendly, relational team. This key role supports the operational and organisational effectiveness of both Webnet and the West of England Baptist Trust Company (WEBTC), helping our network of churches manage governance, legal, property, and trust matters.
The role is a permenant part-time role (15 hours per week) pattern to be agreed. £19.82 per hour (£15,460 per annum) at 15 hours per week.

About Our Role

As the Operations Manager you will work with the CEO and Trustees to manage and oversee the operations and administration in line with the strategic direction of F6IT. This will include a variety of different task and activities.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead day to day management of all F6IT activities. This includes the planning, delivery and evaluation of inclusive events, clubs and fitness activities
- Coordinate Coaches, Session Leads and Volunteers to ensure activities and session are well planned and staffed
- Work with the Social Media Lead to advertise and promote activities and events
- Develop and monitor kdy performance indicators (KPIs) and analyse data to identify trends and areas of improvements
- Work with CEO and Trustees to develop and plan new events, clubs and fitness activities
- Oversee bookings, payments and banking related to events and activities
- Track DBS checks, mandatory and additonal training for all Volunteers, Staff and Trustees
- Take responsibility for compliance with health and safety, safeguarding and risk management
Essential Experiences and Skills

About the Role
As Supporter Development Manager, you will provide leadership to the Supporter Development side of the Individual Giving Team, successfully delivering supporter development activity in line with agreed annual targets and our Fundraising Strategy. About You
We are looking for someone with experience of managing, growing, and delivering multi-channel and multi-product supporter development programmes.
You will also have:
· Working experience of several of the following areas: raffles, lottery, sponsorship, regular giving, reactivation, consent management, gift aid and cash giving (appeals).
· Experience of delivering complex donor-centric supporter journeys using a test and learn framework and LTV modelling.
· A track record of leading, motivating, and inspiring marketing teams, together with proven line management experience.
· Advanced and contemporary direct marketing knowledge, together with experience of managing and reforecasting multimillion pound direct marketing budgets.
· Experience of conducting effective direct marketing analysis to support and enhance the performance of channels, products, and specific appeals.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
As this role may/will involve occasional travel to different sites and external suppliers, a full, valid UK driving licence is required.

Main Purpose of Role:
The Programme Support and Administrative Officer will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of CFAB’s programmes and organisational functions.
