Our client, a leading London University, is currently looking to recruit a full-time (35 hours per week) Senior Assessments and Faculty Liaison Officer. The post is to start as soon as possible and is a 1 year fixed-term contract. The post will be hybrid working of 1 day per week on site (Wednesday), and the rest remote.
Key responsibilities for this post will include:
- Collaborating with faculties and central teams to maintain accurate, up-to-date assessment records using the Student Records Management System (SITS)
- Importing student assessment data
- Liaising between faculties and central services to provide guidance on the university’s processes, procedures, and regulations
- Supporting the production and issue of all official university certificates and transcripts, and issue of all replacement certificates

The role.
This is an exciting role that sits on the senior leadership team with a significant amount of autonomy for an outstanding fundraiser and leader who is interested in further developing a fundraising function to eventually deliver c.£1.8m fundraising income per annum.
They are at a crucial stage in the evolution of their fundraising. Opened in 2019, our Youth Zone is founded on the OnSide funding model whereby the first four years of revenue is made possible primarily by major donors – Founder Patrons – who each committed a minimum of £25k pa for four years.
Now as they enter year five, they seek the continuation of this support and are in the initial stages of diversifying their income sources. They have also secured significant ringfenced funding to expand the fundraising team, and the incoming Director of Fundraising will have significant scope to shape the team around their vision and strategy. Role purpose
The Chief Executive Officer is responsible to the Board of Trustees for leading The Amber Trust, developing and realising Amber’s vision and strategy, and playing a key ambassadorial role with funders and other senior stakeholders. Corporate Partnership Manager
Salary: £45,000 -£51,000 dependent on experience

Your new role
The Corporate Fundraising Manager role is instrumental in driving the charities' mission forward by creating, managing and expanding their portfolio of corporate partnerships. The main responsibility is to produce business proposals using knowledge of fundraising strategies, donor development and grant writing. Other duties include:
- Research, approach and secure new corporate partnerships
- Fostering strategic relationships with corporate sponsors and donors
- Create and present compelling business proposals and pitches that are tailored to stakeholders to secure funding
- Evaluate the progress of fundraising campaigns, reporting key metrics to stakeholders
- Clearly communicate fundraising goals to stakeholders and corporate partners
- Act as an ambassador for the organisation, representing the charity at external events and other networking opportunities
- Undertake public speaking engagements and present to potential donors/ partners
- Maximise fundraising opportunities by collaborating with colleagues across the organisation to maximise income.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fundraising sales or income generation role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and networking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational and project management skills

Harris Hill is delighted to be working with children charity based in London. They are searching for a Community & Challenge Events Fundraiser in order to lead on planning, delivery and expansion of the charity community and challenge fundraising events.

As a Community and challenge fundraiser you will:
- Manage the fundraising processes and supporter journeys, making improvements to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
- Provide first class stewardship and supporter care to recruit and retain supporters.
- Maximise use and effectiveness of digital and social media to recruit, engage and retain supporters.
- Keeping the website fresh and up-to-date.
- Expand visibility of the charity in the local communities where our work is based.
- Proactively explore and develop new areas of community fundraising.
- Develop an operational fundraising plan to grow regular giving.
- Undertake regular communications with donors to include newsletters, fundraising materials and updates.
In order to be successful, you must have experienced :
- In Community or challenge events fundraising
- Supporting and engaging with donors
- Developing tailored supporter journeys through email, phone and written communications
- Excellent communication skills written and oral
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Well organised with ability to successfully manage competing priorities
- Proficient in charity CRM software
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Contract type: Permanent
Location: London Bridge, hybrid working, 2 days a week in the office
